everything provided is just simple and plain, our room locks were damaged. When we check-in in late at night, only found out that our room is open widely without the door closing or locking. Toiletries hanger also damaged. Just mind your own belongings as the hotel safety is not secure.

I ORDERED 2 STANDARD KING ROOM,MY MOM GOT 2ND FLOOR STANDARD KING ROOM & I WAS AT 3RD FLOOR STANDARD KING ROOM.MY MOM ROOMS WAS PERFECT.BUT MINE WAS BAD.LIKE MY MOM ROOM SO NICE WITH NEW WALL COLOR ,GOOD A/C & GOOD SMELL(THEY EVEN GOT COWAY AIR PURIFIER) BUT MY ROOM IS BAD.UGLY WALL COLOR WITH HOLES COVERED WITH CARDBOARD,THE A/C IS NOT WORKING(ASKED THE HOUSEKEEPING ABT THIS ,HE JUST SAID WE USE WRONG TEMPERATURE,BUT ACTUALLY IT REALLY NOT WORKING) SO IT WAS HOT AT NIGHT & THE ROOM IS SMELLING DAMP & MUSTY BECAUSE NO WINDOW & NO AIR PURIFIER LIKE MY MOMS ROOM...AND IF YOU HAVE BABIES,PLS CONSIDER BECAUSE THIS HOTEL HAS NO LIFT.BUT IF YOU OKAY WITH THAT THEN PROCEED.THANKS..
