Nice location. The rooms have enough space and clean with new furniture.However, they have no enough parking space inside the compound of the hotel and you need to park your car along the road and/or in the vacant lot in front of the hotel.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean and spacious room. There was just a bit of a plumbing problem so we had to use a bucket and a dipper.

The price is very affordable, just don’t expect hotel staff roaming around pike any other 3 to 5 star hotel. The room itself is clean and not abused like any other hotel that has the same price. Definitely would go back for a quick travel in Davao.

Surprisingly i find the place very good. It is clean, though it is near a 'videoke' lounge the room is quiet and peaceful. However, parking is difficult esp if there are other guests from other establishments in the same building. But overall, our stay was quite good. Checking in and out is also a breeze. Thank you!
