The guy was so rude and he scolded us, we do said that “ coustemer always right “ and he still with his option which is he still blaming us saying that was our fault even though he called his boss or manager and said that we can check in during that time. This is my first time to get the rude receptionist and cant check in even we have already online paid! Please take action towards your staff. Thankyou for the great security secure.
