    We arrived at this hotel around 10.00 PM due to bad traffic of Mumbai and moving from another hotel from the city center. We chose this hotel because it offered free one way transfer to airport and located just 10-15 minutes drive away. When we arrived that day the rooms seemed fully occupied, perhaps they thought we never came so they sell our room for others perhaps. They asked us to see the room but it was too small only single room but they said it was for two and the condition I saw that it's already occupied, I saw things randomly put inside the room. I refused to take it so they offered me another hotel which after I saw it's even worse so I took the previously offered room. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, so unprofessional.
