Never Choose this hotel”

I was a solo traveller who booked hotel online before a couple of days and went to the hotel late night. They simply said they cannot accept the booking as the hotel is full. I wonder how they can give such a irresponsible answer to a lady at those unnusual hours even after booking. Never ever believe this hotel. Too much of stress because of them.

Though early check-in fee is about 30% they've asked for 75% of room price as fee or blatantly told to come back at 12 pm for check-in. Never gonna book it again.

Worst, behaviour from the hotel staff, they don't value the customer. More over rooms also not professional. I have been waited 2 hours but hotel management was told 'I will not give the rooms and why are you booking from online you can directly come to hotel'. They are managing the bookings in offline what is point of put their details in online . They are not standing on there rates which they have been uploaded in online. They want money that it they don't give value to the customer. The hotel management screws the customer money they don't have limits for the asking money after payment done from online (oyo, agoda, travel apps).

Hotel accha hai. Location vry good. R.K beach 15 minit. But agoda se mat book karna. Bcoz agoda ka koi customer care no nehi hai. Jo number hai wo not reachable. And hotel wala bolega ki room available nehi hai....jab ki online booking confirm hai. Or extra 12% Gst dena parega. Mere sath same chis hua hai. But thank God bohot behes karne k bud muje room mila hai. Blanket & bed sheet dirty. Otherwise clean, room service available. Rail stn. 5 minit...
