Cheap room for solo traveler”
Cheap room as it is very small. Towel is not provided. There's a water dispenser if you're thirsty. Receptionist didn't inform about the fact that parking is not free. I found a RM10 summon ticket from Majlis Perbandaran Selayang on my car windscreen after I checked out. Would not return here again.

A bit disappointed but still one of the best hotel”
I'm a bit disappointed with this hotel because our panel lock was not functioning, can't scan our card so we need to call the staff everytime we want to go in. Then the air conditioning was not well functioned at first but this one due to lack of information/miscommunication with staff, he didn't tell us how to open it. The room is small but overall still the best as the price is so cheap.

Understand that this is budget stay. But but but... Pls take care of cleanliness. It is so dusty. Toilet was not being clean properly. There are stain & water mark on the floor, wall, toilet bowl. Not to mention i found stain of 'something' on the toilet seat cover. Sometimes the mug or jar provided still have left over fluid from previous customer. Sticky desk table. This hotel won the price but failed in cleanliness. Management needs to improve in providing clean room. Plsssss

Worst hotel ever ”
Well, with the price that I paid I know I can't expect anything but never thought it'd be the worst place I ever stayed in. The whole area inside the hotel had a very strong cigarettes smells, you can even smell it in the bedroom!!! There were 3 cockroaches in the room, big onesss. The pillow sheet smells horrible. But luckily the AC and the water heater all OK. Had the worst slept and how glad I was when morning comes and I checked out as early as possible.

Very dirty.. we check in on 9pm.. they gave us a keycard.. after enter room.. we saw blanket color like yellowish dirty.. and at cover bed got some lipstick and spotted2 yellow color on there.. pillow was smelly.. looks like they not changing to new one but just housekeeping back only.. then we go back to receiption to complain.. then they change yo new room.. also same got problem.. tv was not functioning and not provide towel.. then decide to call oyo customer service directly.. then willing to migrate yo other hotel nearby or upgrade to suite room same hotel.. i choose to upgrade because time shows 12am.

I've heard a lot of bad review regarding OYO Hotel. This is my first experience with OYO Hotel and I have to admit it's really bad. Specifically about the room, the cleanliness is really awful. Cigarette butts in the bathroom and also in the room. The sink, toilet bowl & floor are all dirty. Seems like they never clean it. There's even a used cotton bud left on the sink. The towel are not provided in the room when we enter it. And there's no phone in the room. So I have to go down to ask for it. And they took a long time to deliver the towel to the room. The towel also really worn out and only give 1 towel with 2 floor mat?? The door also don't have any other lock other than the door lock from inside. It didn't feel safe and also due to it's location that doesn't look safe enough. We arrived late and all we want is to have a good rest. But with this awful experience, we just couldn't wait to check out of the hotel. I would never recommend this property.

Suitable for low-key solo traveler”
The pillow is a bit smelly. Wifi connection is not strong enough in the room but the internet speed is actually good (unifi). Surau/Musolla provided at ground floor. In terms of privacy, if someone knock the other door, your will hear it crystal clear. Oh btw, I have locked my door and suddenly I heard someone tapped the access card on my door & try to open it. Luckily I have locked it from inside. I believe it’s not housekeeping session as it happened during NIGHT! Anyway, if you don’t really care about the facilities, maybe this is the place you are searching for.

blankets had blood & brown stains. cigarette smell in rooms and also coming from toilet. I have strong suspicion that the staffs/receptionist might be the ones smoking cuz they have strong cigarette odour.

Unpleasant Stay At This Hotel”
Location of this hotel quite scary at night because of low light at the area. There are no towels provided. This is the first time I went to Oyo hotel with such condition. When ask for towels, the receptionist said towels are not enough because the laundry not sending the clean towels which is nonsense for hotels accommodation . The lift was very small, just fit for 3 adults at a time plus the smell inside the lift was terrible. The room also so small, can't even pray because no space at all and just fit for bed only. At night can't get a good sleep because we can hear clearly other guests voices, laughing and screaming. No sound proof at all. Overall not satisfied.

Two times we had been to this hotel. The second time we went, the staff wrongly gave us the room we booked. We booked king bed but when we enter the room, there’s already another guest in that room. And they gave us another room, which is dirty and facilites are not in good condition. Cockroaches are everywhere, toilet’s door is not functional. So upset

The room smelled of cigarettes. There must be ash inside the AC unit because when I turn it on, it blasts out a smoky scent. After just 3 days, everything I own, including myself, smelled like an ashtray.
