Value of money”
Strategic location, clean environment, good value for money. Only few aspect we're not satisfied 1. None-smoking room located in the same floor with smoking room. When other peoples smoke we still can smell it through the small opening under the door. 2. Not many program offered by their TV, especially for Chinese. On channel 3 mostly are Cantonese drama. 3. Air-cond not well maintained. In the afternoon, even though you set the AC at 16 degree but the room temperature is somewhere above 25 degree.

We book a family rooms indicated 2 double beds. Pls note that the room given is designed as 2 separate double bed rooms but connecting to same bath room. It provide 2keys as it is 2rooms. Inside room having tv n aircon for both rooms. Short stay is okay, room space quite small.

The rooms was clean, staff OK but the midnight / morning shift guy was exceptionally good, he help to bring our luggage into the car, however the hot shower wasn't working and the air con leaked on the second night. Overall it was OK

there was a cockroach in our room once we entered hence we asked for changing the room. the room was dirty and freaking small.

Stay in this hotel for. 5 days 4 night. Room cleaning only clean one time on the second day. The third day when l back to hotel at about 8pm, l found the room wasn't clean up. Immediately l inform the front counter the room was not clean up. Information given by the staff that after 5pm cleaner already go back, nothing can be done. On the fourth day, at about 4pm l back to my room to take something, l found the room still never clean up. Immediately l inform the front counter staff to clean my two room. Answer was nothing can be done. lf you want your room to do cleaning, you must inform the front counter everyday morning. This information given to me on my last night of stay.

Somewhere to sleep but not much more”
Good location right next to china town probably the only perk. We arrived and our room smelt strongly of cigarettes the entire time we were there (we later found a packet left in the bathroom). We stayed three nights and not once was our room cleaned/toilet paper provided. Staff seemed uninterested whenever we spoke to them. We extended another night out of necessity and they twice locked us out of our room (evening and next morning) with no explanation. It’s cheap so don’t expect too much, but in KL there’s plenty of other better options for the same price.

Located just next to the Chinatown, walking distance to everything (30 minutes up to 1 hour to main sightseeing attractions). Free filtered water. Nice bathroom, small TV, good bed, facing the street so can be noisy at times but you don't hear much, well-fitted Windows! Super friendly staff, smilies every morning :)

Fantastic location, great staff!”
We loved this place right in the middle of Chinatown, we could walk everywhere without the public transport, to the Botanical Gardens ns or Eco Forest, all within 30 min walking reach. The staff is Great, very helpful and friendly. The room was super Nice, just you have to keep in mind that it is next to the busy street so a little noisy in the morning but we still slept till 9am each day. Fully recommended! :)

This hotel is value for money. Pros: 1) Value for Money - Price is reasonable. 2) The location is great - Just located in china town and the opposite of the hotel is Texas Chicken which open 24 hours. 3) Cleanliness - This hotel is clean. 4) Facilities - The facilities are good as a budget hotel. Cons: 1) The staff is not really friendly and helpful.

Hotel is good only complain is the renovation outside which bring us little problem to carry our luggages in & out of the hotel but we are very thankful that the staff is so very helpful they helped us with our luggages.
Definitely a place for travelers who wants to maximize their budget. Walking distance from Petaling street, Pasar Seni station, Mydin and Central Market. With free distilled water at the hallway. rooms are not sound proof but we can still sleep.

The staff was rude and bossy.. The bathroom got mold on the wall and floor. The pillow got smell n black stain.. TV smaller than my pc monitor. So loud n noisy..sound from the streer horn n bas engine 24 hour.. Coridor walk n door also.. When my partner came..I need go down..even if mention room number n name...The staff was very rude on this..

Noisy and load..can hear until 2 floor up door smack..and hallway walk in out.. Sfaff old white skin was rude and not friendly.. The bold malay staff was rude also..keep ask me ask my friend to fetch..even i tell him room number and name... Entire stay was horible

It's hard every time because there is only a reception staff with a slow head rotation. The charge is excessive and persistent, and the receipt is incorrect. There is only staff with a slow head, so it's too bad to be kept waiting for more than an hour each time. Ignore the customer's turn and purposely keep the customer waiting longer. I do not want to get involved but there is no decent staff. The mind is spinning slowly, I don't remember the job, I can't understand what the customer says at all, I immediately forget it in one minute, the behavior is so slow, etc. It's just a deadly factor for the staff to do the job. After all, there is no improvement, ignoring the customers and making them wait. Please in order. In order, please Your turn. (Your turn.) My turn. (My turn. Wait for your turn. (Wait until your turn comes.) Take turns, okay. (I'll do it in order.) It isn't your turn yet. (You still have your turn. The obese man and the bald man reception staff deliberately kept me waiting for more than an hour for check-in. I had already booked with Agoda and paid for it. The procedure of the other customer was done while keeping me over 15 without making the order. The middle-aged man of the bald head repeated the same question more than 5 times. No apology. The issue of the receipt also took 15 minutes, and I made a mistake.unbelievable Useless too much. The room leaked from the ceiling and the 50x20cm + 20x20cm sheets got wet. Near Shopping Area”
Been stayed at this hotel for several times. Its location is good, near China Town Petaling Street, Abdul Samad Building, Pasar seni or Central Market, we can reach those places by walking. Easy to find food all the time. Its room is small but clean with shower inside.

Bad service all around”
water would not work as soon as we stepped in and checked. The front desk took way too long to solve the problem. The sheets also had old blood stains and this is an issue for most hotels in this neighborhood.
