It has lift. The room was provided with dental kit, shower cap. The towels if not available,can call the room service. The room service for the food is the warisan Mee tarik ,the one at the paradigm mall. Less than 20 minutes already delivered at your door.

The front desk was brightly lit despite midnight with a very cheerful and courteous staff. One if the best hotel in Kota Tinggi. Highly recommended.

Nice room with modern design”
Comfortable bed. Modern interior. Bathroom was sparklingly clean. Great location for us since it only takes about 10 mins by car to reach firefly park we intended to visit for this trip. Good value for money. The staff were nice and accommodating too. However, the cleanliness can be improved more. We saw a cockroach climbing up the wall on the ground level near the reception area. And there were some stains on the bedsheet. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

A Comfortable Stay at OYO, Kota Tinggi”
Pros: Room and the bathroom clean, sheets clean, no smell from pillow or blanket, firm and comfortable beds, toiletries provided, floor towel outside shower area, the water pressure is good, the room is quiet, there is a shopping mall with a cinema next door, eating places on the ground floor outside the hotel. Cons: One wall next to the bed has dirty marks on it. There's a very slight smell on first entering the room. The smell went off after the room is aired.

Acceptable for Overnight stay ”
The hotel is supposedly to be smoke free environment.......but the room was reeked of strong smell of cigarettes smoke in a small windowless room! Improvement with housekeeping needed and also impose no smoking rule required. Have highlighted this shortcoming with front office staff. Hope management will seriously address this issue and uphold hotel's image.
