I have booked a Standard Twin room for my colleague (through Agoda) and upon checking in at counter, receptionist said Standard Room was not available. Then was assigned to larger room with additional charges. As I would like to extend another night for my teammates in Raub, called the hotel (assisted by Cik Yaya) to nego whether can we offset the additional charges made a day before for the second night. Really thankful and appreciate the help of Cik Yaya to book another night for my team, without any charges.

Room is clean. Fantastic facilities for this price. Common area (meeting table) and breakfast area is available, ample covered parking for guest. Complimentary breakfast is simple packed nasi lemak & 3-in-1 cofee. Location is OK if you have transport, it is not right at the main town centre.

The whole hotel sanitized, from the smell maybe with dettol. Specific parking for hotel, with roof and cctv. No breakfast as usual due to PKPP. FYI, only TV3, 8TV, TV9 channel during my stay but I dont mind.
