not for nitpicky people. the building needs a lot of repairing and cleaning. photos showed there's a tv in the room, but there's non in the room they gave me, good thing they transferred me to another one that has when I complained. if you're trying to find a budget saving room, this is not quite recommended since you can find a better room for the same price you pay for in this place. the receptionist is nice and very accommodating tho

The building is old, the room is old though satisfactorily clean. When arrived, we were not entertained right away. There were staff but somehow we have to wait until they are not busy to be checked in. The location is great though. Walking distance to Fuente Circle and Robinson Malls.

Good point: 1. The location is walking distance to robinsons, pungku-pungku sa fuente, shamrock pasalubong, laundry shops and restaurants. 2. The rate per room is cheaper than other inns/hotel around the area. 3. They have elevator 4. They sell convenient foods like cup noodles, coffee and chips Need Improvement: 1. The outside of this place is like an abandon building, there are unused furnitures and garbage at their front door 2. The lobby is more like a dining area for the convenient foods that you can buy from them, the tables are at the center which is also the hallway/path to elevator 3. Towels are like rugs & not prepared in the room (can request at the front desk) 4. The cleanliness is not maintain or observe properly

The affordable room rates made me book it and since the photos were okay, I thought it would be worth it. My bad for not reading the reviews prior to booking. The location is right in the middle of the city but the entrance to the inn could hardly be found because it was secluded by parked motorcycles and stored furniture. The place looked old and unkempt and the room was dusty with cobwebs. We were not offered free towels, which was bothersome since we did not bring any. We had to use our scarves just so we could dry off. The bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were mismatched and looked dirty (though my companion said it smelled like fabric conditioner). The TVs weren't functioning well and the air conditioning unit was old and the swing motor flaps were missing. The shower was non-functional so we had to use a pail and dipper and the flush was not working as well. On our 2nd day, the toilet got clogged up and despite multiple requests to have it checked and fixed, no one from their maintenance team came. However, they offered to transfer us to a different room. We had to extend our stay for some reason and it would be too much of a hassle to transfer hotels so we decided to book one more night. We were hoping we could get a discount considering all the inconveniences we experienced, but they stuck to their rates and did not offer any compensation. The ladies in the lobby seemed kind but the place in general just doesn't feel worth it. I am aware that a 5-star hotel quality service could not be expected with the prices they are offering, yet I have booked other places in the past within the same price point but with way better value. PLEASE consider your hotel choices if you want your stay to peaceful and comfortable at the very least.

Tapos yung stairs ay ewan sasalubong tlga sayo ang maginaw na hangin na di mo alam saan galing. Hahhahah creepy tlga!

There are more hotels/pension houses that can offer better amenities which are close to this inn’s price range. The room is big but its not well maintained so don’t expect too much. There’s also no hot shower. Towels and linens were a bit dusty. They don’t allow early check in as well. Its ok if there’s no where else to go.

The hotel is dirty. They should have hired room attendants to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. They do not provide toiletries so better bring your own. The internet connection cannot reach on the 3rd floor. The ac is broken and it was not giving cold temperature. TV is only for display, the curtains are ripped, beddings and pillow sucks, the room is full of dust and the restroom oh my god, DIRTY.

Though its cheap, its not worth it. The rooms dirty, doors not functioning. Non smoking room but lots of cigarette butts on the balcon. No sign of being cleaned. no free shampoo, soap. Keep out!
