Wonderful choice IF ”
First try at this hotel due to their superb rates, after checking in, it was so surprising for me as I did not checking in any hotel just above the restaurant and only can entering the room via the side door of the restaurant. New experience for me. Very safe in term of security, you will know once you try.
Anybody else tired of seeing the same review over and over?”
Agoda doesn't consolidate consecutive individually booked stays into a single review space, so by now you're probably gazing at an entire wall of positive reviews all made by me. But if I don't fill in the review, Agoda will keep asking me to do it. Sorry. We stayed here 60 days this time, and because of the way our budget system works, we had to rebook every 4 or 5 days.
Still great value for the moment.”
This is currently my favorite hotel in Kuala Lumpur when I need to stay a long time and I have a limited budget to manage. The staff are always very kind and look after us well. Because we stay such a long time (usually 30 to 60 days), we don't eat in the restaurant every day, but they're cool about it. There's not very much to do nearby, but there are some Hindiu and Buddhist temples to visit, and it is not too far to walk to the train station (though it can be difficult at first to find your way). It's not a perfect hotel and it's not a perfect area, but the value for money is exceptional and we are happy here.
Budget Place Clean and Comfort”
A that provides high level of comfort, and the staff are very helpful. Very clean and relatively quiet at night so it's easy to catch some good sleep there too. Would return next time if I pass by KL again
Best budget hotel in Sentul area”
Ordinarily I don't much like to stay in a hotel that operates out of a mixed business environment, but this place was a real exception. The hotel shares space and counter facilities with the Madras Cafe (all part of the same business, but where most hotels have a restaurant, this is a restaurant that has a hotel). Easy to get in and out, but we didn't try outside of the restaurant operating hours, so I have no idea what you might have to do if you like to stay out late and party or if you need to make an early morning check-out. The place was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, and the location is not bad. Walking distance to Chow Kit and Titiwangsa. The Sentul train station is a 600m walk, but it's complicated because of the lack of a decent pedestrian crossing directly from the station, so you need to walk down a side street, then cut along a narrow dirt track that runs parallel to the river, then cross the street and turn right. Walking straight from there until you reach Jalan Ipoh, where you turn left and it's a short walk to the hotel from the corner. There are buses that go past this place also.
Excellent value for money given that the staff were good and the rooms were clean. The room was a lot better than what I expected for the amount paid. In fact for the price, this is the best budget hotel I have ever been in. The only thing that I can say was "bad" was the distance of the hotel from PWTC. Based on the map, I thought it would be closer to PWTC but it was actually further that I thought. For reference of future travellers, a taxi is only about MYR3 to MYR4 and if you walk it, it is a 20 minute walk
Worst hotel ever ”
This is the WORST hotel ever in my life, it’s totally different with the display pictures. The air-conditioner is spoiled and leak like heavy raining, woke us up every night. We can’t even have a sleep, don’t mention a good sleep. The environment is very dirty, and I got skin-contact-allergic after staying there where I need to eat medicine for one week after my trip. Strongly recommend NOT to stay this Hotel. Please listen to my advice, it’s a hyper BAD choice of hotel.
Something like this shouldn’t have happened, Cindy! We’re extremely apologetic to hear such kind of hassle faced, however, this has been highlighted with our team to take necessary measures so that such issues don’t get repeated again. Regards, Cheshta
Felt so disgusting staying here. When I enter the room, it’s smell SO BAD I had to spray my perfume. And can directly see stains on the wall. So dirty. Bedsheet also very very dirty and there are hair on bedsheet. Like really, really disgusting. Worst hotel I’ve ever been.
Eventhough it is ZEN Room And AGODA stated newly build but the room smell with cigarette smoke.”
If you wish to watch YV forget about it. There is TV but the reception suck. Can't understand why at the first place they put TV. Better put radio.. hahaha. Room too small, you can walk on the bed only. Bathroom dirty. Room was dark and dirty. Try it yourself then you know what i meant. I don't think AGODA charge with 10% for service + 6% tax was helpful. Question whether it was really service tax!! or hidden profit. There is no room AUDIT from AGODA so don't believe with the statement NEWLY Built. In fact it was old hotel and newly renovated. Hope from my sincere review you can enjoy your stay here... hahaha
Staff not friendly
Hi, Nurizzati! Thank you for bringing this into our notice. As stated, the behavior of the staff people wasn't pleasant towards you. We’ll look personally into this matter and assure that when you'd be visiting next time then we'll serve better. Regards, Barbara
small but clean and comfortable”
I took this room because it was very cheap and it was very near where I needed to be. While the room was very tiny, it was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying there again.
Appreciate your positive rating, Joseph!. We do take pride in catering to our guest's needs the best way we can. Keep this love coming :) Regards, Edward
NO PARKING PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMERS ”

There's no receptionist at my night arrival”
Indian perfumes are too much. Not a professional hotel.
Hi, Nursalam! Sorry for the trouble faced. We've duly noted your feedback and ensure better services in the future. Have a nice day ahead :) Regards, Cheshta
Very nice and good location
Dirty, No Parking”
First of all, no legal parking provided as the hotel located right in front of the main road. So you can be summoned any time during the days as early as 8am. So, you should move your car before 8am, which is so annoying. Next the hotel front desk are hardly to smile and try to 'steal' my money by not giving back my deposit. For customers out there especially with lots of booking, do check your deposit again.
Ok ok je”
Cheap rate yet comfy room and quite spacious. Tu je ok, yg laen tak. No elevator, malam2 area tu bising. Not suitable for parents with young child. Tv produce annoying sounds. Wifi pulak untuk satu bilik cuma satu device boleh connect. Location pulak not accessible by public transport.
There was a construction nearby which is very loud most of the time. Hard to sleep at night. The 3 pax room was a bit dirty with a broken blind. The tv in the 2 pax room made a loud noise and wifi is not available. Front desk, Indian lady gave terrible service. No smile, grumpy looks, unfriendly, unwilling to give advice, arguement, slow service, almost forget to return by second deposits. No proper and safe parking as the hotel located right in front of the main road. Not recommended
I and my group don't like curry, so if you book in here. Check it first. The location quite good, cause in front of have bus go everywhere. Around the hotel I think it's not safe much, careful when you back late
A good hotel to stay in KL”
Little nice hotel with friendly staff and good service. The wifi connection isn't very good, but I was out most of the time and I just needed a place to sleep well in so I had no real issues with it. Everything else looks to be on the good side & I would definitely recommend this place.
We just stayed a night there as my hubby having graduation on the next day at PWTC. well cleaned n maintained room. Water pressure was good. Ac worked well. only minus was the room lights. too deemed lights. atleast must have one bright light at the mirror. I couldn't do much under this light, had to do TouchUp in the car ! .. other than that a good choice to consider.
