        Atleast need water dispenser at every floor it's very hard to fill water with the bottle given, some hotels they give jug or provide bottles of water in the room before guest check in.. Very friendly staff,they offers to choose our room floor, the place is good 👍

        Bad experience ”

        - bedsheets had stains - none of the plugs in my room was working, I couldn’t charge my phone . - only had cold water to bath, before checking in the receptionist mentioned to me that they have water heater to bath .

        Very bad experience because the staff took extra RM10 even after online booking. Please adjust your rate if you do not want to make any confusion for every customer. Guys, please reconsider if you want to book this hotel.
