Our booking experience did not match our expectation right first time. We were rold that the room we booked was not in AC but instead, an eletric fan type of ventillation thus, we had our frustration with the room we booked versus the actual room we were placed upon checking in. Per management, OYO did not clearly indicate the room facilities which cause a lot of customer frustration. The management have already raised it to OYO but still no resolution. Hence, we agreed to add fee for a room that has AC. The first room that was provided was poorly maintained. Uncleaned bathroom, messy bed and noticeable spider cobwebs in the ceiling and poor airconditioned. We request to move to another room with proper ventillation and clean room. We were given a family suite as a way of addressing our concern and we agreed to give another additional fee because we advised that We have other plans outside so we had to go on our trip. I thought it was already settled but when we arrive we were told again to move to another room standard double room. We were supposed to get some rest already but had to move again and pick up our stuff. We finally landed to get a standard room with proper AC and clean bed. Appreciate the managements assistance but it could be better. They should escalate the booking services about their correct facilities to avoid false advertisement. 6/10

Dirty bathroom. The room has no AC. You have to pay additional if you want AC. We didn't bother to get it and just transferred to a different hotel. Don't know if the AC room is cleaner. Photos should be updated so as not to mislead people.

The amenities were not provided such as toiletries, tv remote, even the key, we had to ask for everything. The cr smells like public bathroom plus the shower is broken.

improve the standards under oyo, the room is completely different to the actual room, comparing it to other hotel in terms of value for money you will find a bigger room with the same amount, no free toothbrush & shampoo

I paid about P1300 per night only to find out that it's not for air conditioned room. The owner said it has always been like that even though it says in Agoda that it's air conditioned. I had to pay additional fee for them to transfer me to a different room. It's like a cheap lodging house for short time and overnight stays. No toiletries, no service water, you cant even ask for a hot water. Door lock is only the door knob. Had I known I paid for that kind of room, I would chosen the more expensive ones.

It is dirty. The TV is not even working. The Toilet door won’t close. The shower is broken. The staff is unhelpful, she did not even provide us key to our room. We we left the room after 4hours, didn’t bother to stay overnight
