What do u aspect more from the most cheapest hotel ever in the middle of the big city. The most important for me is i can sleep and shower. Got aircond, tv, and clean (3/5 star) the staff is friendly and helpfull. Actually, this is my 2nd time in here. Will come again in the next travel. TQ

3 Days in OYO's Room”
Double Bed. I choose non smoking room. But the room smell cigarette. Room was not sweep & the toilet was not clean after the previous guest. Bed sheet as if it was not replaced. 2 plug points cannot be used. Luckily the 3rd one is ok. On the good side, Air condition is very cold, Lighting is good, They have writing table without a chair, locality is very close to public transport i.e. busses & LRT. You can take free buses (GO KL Apps) to all interesting location, Pavillion, KLCC, KL Central, Masjid Jamed, Masjid Negara, Hospital, Menara KL, Central Market, China Town,, no name a few. Pakistani, Malay & Thai cuisine restaurant is just next Door. The Rate is very Cheap less than RM60.00 for a double Bed. One of the Reception, Ms Fenny, is very helpful and friendly. I advise, please check the facilities in the room, before you agree to settle down. Get their technician to settle all the problems in the room. Other than that, for the price, I still can compromise for the weak points. I hope my comments helps you to make decision..Along side of the Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, there are also few more budget hotels. Thank You

The picture showed have TV in the room, but when checkin the staff said no TV for all the room, no toilet paper providing need customer bought it, Poor cleanliness, cockroach and bugs on room floor...The staff not standby on lobby counter to assign customers any time,need to wait longtime or just phone call them to assign customer.

The location is very convenient as the LRT station is beside the hotel. The service can be enhance by providing every day housekeeping and but two days a time. The the heater is not working well. The room is clean and spacious for solo travellers. My hotel room has no TV install according to the staff the TV is spolit which I think is not an acceptable reason. Overall, my stay there is considered as average since the location is my first priority.

Receptionist is friendly”
The receptionist is kind and friendly. The location is right next to the monorail Chow Kit station. However, the WiFi is terrible. Only one bar in my room and most the time no signals. So I had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the internet. During my stay I kept inhaling second hand smoke from other rooms. It will be good if the hotel can set each room a smoke detector to warn smokers.

Yang saya suka dr hotel ini hanya satu, lokasi yang strategis. selain itu, BIG NO. the house keeper & the receptionist (the fat one) tidak welcome. Everyone sama letih, tapi tanggung jawabmu kerja di hotel harus bisa profesional. The management should be think twice.
