Walkable area to Suria, Jesselton point & many more markets. Room are spacious, clean, and comfy bed. Got not much channel on tv but its ok if you r not planning to stay too much at room. But to jalan2.

We arrived late. The check in process is fast. The room is big enough for 4 persons. The staff are courteous. Nice hotel if you are on a city tour. The location is near to almost all tourist spots. Overall, great value for money.

1. Easily access to kk city centry 2. Friendly front desk for any queries 3. Should have steelbar to hang our clothes inside the cupboard 4. Pls provide door stopper in every room for guests safety 5. Excellent restaurant/food bar near the front desk 6. Guests who bring their own transport can park behind the hotel or infront of the entrance with first come basis

A great place to stay with some improvements needed”
I stayed here for three nights. The first day, I wanted to check in but the room wasn't ready so they suggested for me to take the room on the floor that was along to the lobby where the counter is. The quuen bed was the worst. The spring wasn't working at all and when you lie on the bed, it felt as though you would sink into the bed. The toilet's door knob was spoilt and when I took a big one, I could see my wife outside of the toilet with my back facing her. Then, there were loads of noises from the ceiling which were either made by rats or the water flow. Fortunately, I was able to change to a better room after telling the counter. However, the beds were still lousy maybe due to lack of quality springs. There were no free parking which was advertised. You need to get a coupon to pay for the parking from either orange or 7 11. The hotel is clean and is located in the city. Tons of great places to eat nearby and price per night is reasonable. The upper rooms are much better. Just don't go for the ones next to the lobby.

A good place to stay if in a budget”
A good and clean place to stay if you're in a budget. Its located in a place where food is plenty, and you're able to walk around to enjoy the city. Also walking distance to the waterfront, so not bad of a place, considering the price per night.

Abit noisy during night, because just beside the lift machine.. Toilet got hotwater supply, no soap no shampoo.. The bed abit smaller than standard single, and only 1 pillow for 1 bed..the bed is too soft.. Overall still OK .. May consider stay again

Very good hotel. It's very clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel is very strategic. Just a 1 minute walk to Gaya Street & 2 minutes walk to Suria Sabah & Wisma Merdeka.

This hotel room is quite spacious. However, the room temperature is quite hot even if the air conditioner operates in maximum condition. Conditions during the day become hotter due to heat reflected from the mirror and causing the room to be uncomfortable.
