everything about this place is good except the unpleasant smell inside hotel & room. maybe due to poor air ventilation system. no smoking signboard everywhere but we can smell it at everywhere. so strong! have to hold breath sometime. better if the owner can put some fragrance to cover this smell.

The price was so cheap and affordable. Room big enough for two people(queen room). Equipped with shampoo, soap, large mirror, one towel, heater shower, aircond and tv. It reached my expectation. However, the toilet was so smelly, no window to reduce the smell. Even the toilet door can't fully shut from outside. Toilet clean enough but smelly. They really should do something about it. No normal people can stand the smell. Overall Okay

Under-budget stay”
At the bottom of Melawati Hill, convenient to walk around. Nearby eateries, bank, mosque and mini market. Don't expect lavish stays, it is what it is. Yet it is safe to stay. Lots of family with kids staying too.

No drinking water ”
No bottled water in the room. No water server in the public area exit. So we need to prepare drinking water during the stay. No towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom. We need to ask staff to get them. There’s a lot of Wi-Fi passwords, but the staff didn’t know while one is a valid password. So I needed to try+errors again and again. Location is good. Very close to the tourist points.

Room just nice and clean and resonable with the price. Easy to find and nice location. Just Parking limited, no towel in the bathroom and not so safety for the door cz do not have the latch. TQ.

Room so clean, wifi is fast. But toilet is so smelly until my husband vomit. Idk what kind of smell but it's too bad. We had no choice because it's too late night already, so we bought Ambi our at 7E to overcome this problem . Manage to stay for few hours before checkout early morning at 7am . Cannot tahan liao

Hi, on overall this is a budget hotel. Therefore you get what you pay. But when come to basic necessity like running water for toilet and bath, it is a must thing to have. If you have interruption, there has to be a backup plan. This hotel lack of it. I have asked for discount but they just smile. I hope Agoda can compensate me instead. Tq

The place is not too recommended because the mattress, towel so dirty. The toilet door are broken and the acc remote control were not provided. So you can't adjust the temp of aircond. But for those hikers maybe it can be considered since the place just in front of Bukit Melawati
