    Very disappointing”

    I like the location and the staff. The staffs were friendly. However, the cleanliness in the room is a problem. I found a lot of dust and the shower room was dirty. I couldn't close the window and there was a lot of mosquitos. My friend had to fight all night with them. Hopefully, they will improve this.

    Perlu perawatan hotel untuk kenyamanan customer”

    Kembali lagi ke hotel ini masih belum ada perubahan, malah makin parah ,westafel rusak, shower rusak sehingga harus mandi di kamar lain, sungguh pengalaman buruk di hotel. Tolong diperhatikan sebelum memasukkan customer, apalgi kl customer di lantai 2 atau 3 capek buat turun kl ada kekurangan seperti tidak ada handuk, keset. Hotel sangat pelit bahkan air mineral aja tidak disediakan.
