I was shocked when I had found a place to stay INSIDE the citadel for such a cheap rate. OYO Lucky Hotel is a brand new hotel that had just opened a few months ago. The rooms were great and very large. The TV even had Netflix and Youtube on it! Right outside of our room was a large balcony that has a beautiful view onto the river. It isn't directly into the city, so we often drove into the city for dinner. But, with that being said, it is very peaceful and quiet. The staff are remarkable and were always willing to help us in any sort of way. I would definitely stay here again if I came back! Thank you!

The place is situated among the local population right being the palace along the canal so location wise it’s hard to beat especially for the value. Would definitely stay again and is highly recommended for a place outside the noisy city center

The hotel is beautifully designed, well maintained and has a nice outdoor area. The staff is very kind and friendly and the hotel is kept in decent cleanliness. However the beds are AWFUL, rock solid and the worst night sleep we’ve had in Asia.

The worst ”
I had a confirmed booking a few days prior to my arrival. Once I arrived around 10:30pm I was met by a man who simply stated that they didn’t have room for me, before I could even enter the property this man came up to me at the gate and refused to let me stay. I understand that mistakes can happen however they had days to message me and tell me they didn’t have space. Getting off an airplane and taking a taxi to a hotel just to rudely be told they didn’t have space for me was not the ideal way to start my trip in Hue. No offer for assistance finding a new place nothing just kicked me to the side of the road in the middle of the night. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere

POINTS POSITIFS - chambre spacieuse, et très propre - personnel sympathique (ils ne parlent pas anglais) - partie de la citadelle résidentielle, au bord de l'eau, avec des petits commerces, des restos et cafés pas loin - places de stationnement voiture et moto - Télé avec cable POINST NEGATIFS - j'étais au RDC et il y avait trop de bruit (j'entendais tout ce qui se passait l'accueil, le personnel qui discute dans le couloir tot le matin, certaines personnes qui mettent a télé trop fort pendant la nuit ...). On entend ausis le bruit des voisins du haut. - Le wifi est nul - la terrasse au e étage est sale et on n'y capte trop mal le wifi (impossible de charger uen page Google une fois connectée au wifi depuis la terrasse, alors que le routeur est à peine à 5m) - La fenetre de la chambre est toute petite, et on en pouvait meme pas l'ouvriri à moitié car le mur d'en face la bloque. - Matelas très dur
