      Hola Budgetel !!!”

      Kebersihan : Lantainya tidak disapu, masih ada bekad rambut. adanya rembesan air hujan, baik ditangga naik dan dari balkon kamar. Staf : Siswa SMK tempatan cukup membantu, tapi proses check in lama karena datanya tidak diinput pada buku tamu, hanya pembimbing siswa tsb yang dapat melakukan check in dan pada saat itu beliau sedang solat. Lokasi : strategis, bersebrangan dengan mesjid raya Pekanbaru dan dapat berjalan kaki ke Pasar Wisata dan kedai kopi legendnya Pekanbaru Harga : hotel budget dengan keterbatasannya Kelengkapan : Handuk cuma diberikan 1 pcs dan tanpa peralatan mandi, So kalo kesini bawa peralatan mandi dan handuk yaa.. Fasilitas : jaringan Tv tidak memadai, lagian colokan TV saya buat untuk colokan charger, minim colokan. untuk AC mungkin perlu diservice agar dingin kembali.       Hotel paling buruk yg saya pernah temui. Bayangkan air macet, kamar kotor busuk. Suami saya terpaksa booking hotel lain malam2 tu, dengan cuaca hujan dan kami ada baby usia 3 bulan, memang tidak mungkin untuk tidur disitu meskipun 1 malam. kami gak jadi nginap disitu malam tu padahal dah book untuk 2 malam. Tolong tutup saja lah hotel ni

      Very very bad hotel and service ! Nyesal pesan di sini (via Agoda pesan 2 kamar). Checkin dr 1 siang, sampe jam 7 malam kamar tidak ready ! Lantai kotor tidak dipel, kasur kotor, kamar mandi bau, dikasih cm 1 handuk per kamar, tdk ada telepon utk call resepsionis. Sangat tidak professional (siswa SMK sbg resepsionis) Saran, tolong dibenahi petugas hotel utk jaga sbg resepsionis.
