Everything was dirty. Bedsheet, blanket pillow cases were dusty and tainted with a few stains. Bathroom was smelly with urine. There were even a few suspicious stains (probably c*m dripping) on walls. I should ask to change room, but since I already unpacked my things, I decided not to.

Decent price with temporary stay ”
This room is cheap price, but dusty and cause me nose sneezing quite often. Overall hotel staffs are nice, location wise is just beside Batu Caves, but it is not near to any restaurant on foot.

Don't put your hope in their pictures. the room was very dirty, the walls were full of male cumshots, the floor was dirty, the sheets and blankets were dirty, the towels were dirty, everything was dirty. toilet only okay. the employee that night was very rude, my dad asked nicely but he didn’t seem to want to answer the question and his facial reaction was very annoying. highly would not go back and do not recommend. My fault I did not see the review first.

Dusty floor. Dirty toilet, there are traces of previous use, not cleaned as well. The toilet door lock is broken. Dirty dressing table, not cleaned. Sheets and towels have dirty marks. The electric plug is in a high place, it's hard to charge the phone. There is no wardrobe, it is difficult to hang clothes and towels. Electric kettle not provided, my mom need to drink hot coffee in the morning and evening. No elevator facility, my brother's leg was injured due to an accident so it is difficult for sick people to go up to the room.

The moment I entered the room, the smell was so bad. It smells like cigarette all over the room. The bedsheet and pillow cases smell really really bad that I think they didnt change it at all! First and last time here.

The room got no windows and smell like cigarettes! I found 2 leftover cigarettes in the trash bin. They didn’t clean the bedsheets. This hotel got no lift and also they don’t provide iron when need to iron clothes

Worst hotel ever. Booked through agoda before checking in a week after. What i can say is the hotel is pathetic. Definitely 0 star. Walking in the door with weird smell. The room is very very tiny. They are using divan bed instead of proper hotel bed. The bedsheet is greyish and yellowish with suspicious stains. We even scared to put our body under the blanket. The bedsheet under blanket had brownish dots here and there. The pillow sheets are yellowish. Very scared if there were any hanky panky activity there without washing the bedsheet afterwards. Thinking abt it is so gross. Not to said abt the bathroom. The toilet bowl frame had yellowish stain, the door frame is terribly disgusting. So black, i dont think they ever wipe the door frame before. Too gross that i dont want to snap a picture of it. To take a damp in there also feel disgusted. Request to change room from the registration counter. But he told that the rooms are fully occupied. Straightaway check out less than 1 hour checked in. Dont care if the fee is burn, just wanted to go out from the room. Might have a nightmare if i stay there overnight. Hope the management took the cleanliness aspect seriously. Can get better hotel with the same price. Ugh terribly disgusted. Going to complain to OYO on this matter!!
