I chose and stayed on the 3rd floor thinking I can avoid some loud noise. You will hear some loud motorbike pass by every hour or so. I was not really bothered but if you are a light sleeper then I suggest sleeping pills. Room are big enough cheap. Toiletries provided. Clean towel. I don't watch the only 1 channel. WiFi bad on the 3rd floor. But food is abundant just below the hotel and along the road, and shopping mall is just across the street. So it is not so bad to stay for it value. Lots of improvement to look at but i heard the hotel is undergoing some renovations

This is where you can get the best town view with affordable rate. But, there are some issue you might consider. First, the toilet cleanliness. For example, room 302. You can smell something unpleasant even you standing outside the toilet. Second, the bedsheet. You will see some stains like a drop of blood.

Been staying in budget categories many times before but this one not acceptable. Room and pillow smelly, WiFi not able to connect, carpet dirty. No bottled water in room and no toilet paper, have to be requested. The only gud things are the location and the friendly reception.

Facilities not as good as shown in the picture, smelly & dirty toilet, no astro, looks like an old hotel, my body got rashess for just staying in the room just for 2 hours. I decided to check out on the same day. Need lots of improvement for the hotel room to be more stayable. But if u r travelers who is okay with any conditions, so this can be your choice since it is very near to the convenient stores & shopping mall.

I was hoping that my stay will be as enjoyable as in the picture provided in Agoda for this hotel, but when I arrived the room looks very old & not clean. As mentioned in the page supposedly the towel will be provided but I have to go to the counter for the towel. The hotel also needed us to back by 12am, when they should provide access card for us to enter. Receptionist also not friendly at all :(

I found the shower pile water leaking Extremely until I can’t take bath properly. Was complaint to the staff and no action were taken. Please don’t ever take this hotel especially the room number 101. Better to give this hotel 0 star!!!
