HOTEL STAFF COLLECT EXTRA =RM16 for no reason”

According to my booking the tax already paid by my card and charge on my payment. But when I check in the hotel, the staff ask for extra charge RM17.00 for no reason, according the the hotel staff is TAX. But as my booking detail TAX already charge by my card. Very disappointed. This is the 1 time happen in agoda booking tax already writen on my booking but hotel staff is just simply charge for no reason and said the is TAX again. please take this seriuos problem note on agoda booking or NOT all guest will think agoda just no standard. Thanks

Suitable for short stays”

It's near Pasar Borong Kuala Lumpur. So, you can imagine how busy it is in the daylight. Hence, the parking issue. Parking is free btw. But, ater 5 pm, there's no problem getting a parking. No complimentary drinks in the room or water filter at the premise. And no decent restaurants too near the hotel or in the area. You have to find somewhere else. But if u drive for 10 min, u can find foodcourts etc. The paint and building seems new. Maybe they just renovated. Idk. Wifi works great! Staff are not that friendly but still answered all questions asked. Evrything in the room works fine. Except there was no remote control for the A/C so we couldn't adjust the AC temperature.

Saya kena bayar bayaran tambahan rm 20 ringgit sebab hari cuti . Saya sudah bayar dengan Agoda sampai di hotel saya kena bayar lagi tambahan . Management paling gagal di cool hotel .
