Boleh check in pkol 2pm, tp tggu smpi 4pm buat maintenance, kne tanya byk kali baru nk inform...staff biar je customer menunggu, should be, buat time yang sesuai. bukan time cust check in baru nk service. nonsense. last la check in sini... OYO lain ok je, hrga pon lg murah 60 lbih, tpi ni 90 lbh tpi service bad.

Booking awal untuk Hotel Roselyn Inn. Setiba di hotel, hotel sedang dalam renovation. Dapat berhubung dengan talian nombor yang tertera. Cekap. Terus diuruskan untuk ke Hotel Roselyn Inn 2. Memaklumkan kami dengan lebih awal tentang bilik yang kami booking (triple deluxe room) tiada di Hotel Roselyn Inn 2 tetapi yang ada hanya Deluxe Room. Bilik bersih. Cuma tombol tandas rosak. Membuat permohonan rebate atas kesulitan yang di alami namun diam seribu bahasa. Staff front desk very helpful. Overall is ok.
