Arrived and had to call reception to open the door. Reception only answered the phone after 8 failed calls where he shouted and spoke angrily when giving instructions and hung up. Wasn’t even there at the reception. Room was good for the price & clean.

While check-in, the door was closed, no receptionist. Its already check-in time. Need to wait around 45min- 1 hour, at the hotel. Luckily this hotel under Oyo, so make called to Oyo, then them replaced with other hotel. Thank you.
