On that day, Once I check in hotel the admin was told me due to system problem so my standard room was not available anymore. So the hotel was arrange it other room to me but the toilet u need to be go outside. So depend on youself can be accepted or not ~

No network coverage in room! Only depends on hotel wifi to contact people. The old man staff is good but the younger man one is not friendly at all. No smile and when asked, reply with rude tone. 💆🏻♀️ If this two things fixed, I would definitely recommend to rate this hotel as 5 star.

I booked the one with free Wi-Fi and parking but ended up no Wi-Fi and the person said I can park anywhere but just have to be aware of the police. So what’s the point of me paying rm15 more to get a free parking?

Tv with no channel at all. asked the counter why is there no channel, the reply is oh the antenna long time spoil already.... The wifi literally no internet connection most of the time. when there's internet, its very slow. I can't sleep at night!!!!!!!! its bcos theres a pub on level 1. you can hear the songs and their voices singing very loudly. 3 nights i can't get proper sleep. 3 night with nothing to do as there is no fkg tv and wifi.

Price is really good. Staff are friendly. But room smells. Bedsheets are dirty cos still can find hair on pillows and body very itchy till can’t sleep. Toilet consider clean. Nearby quite a lot of restaurants, pubs with ktv, eating place etc. Location good for getting around places in Mount Austin.

It was ok experience but if you met the guy who is covering the night, he was so langsi and the way he talked was like looking down at other people, I don't really care at that time as I was really tired, when I checked out in the morning it was different guy, he was ok, and oh I don't know why we have function in the app to select non smoking room but in reality we will always get room with cigarettes smell
