For solo room - the toilet is located outside of your room. The keylock is broken so you can't unlock the door by yourselves once you locked it. If you need to unlock the door then you need to wake the staff in charge even in the middle of the night By default the toilet doesn't have water so I can't even find where's the master water pipe.. the staff it's located "atas"... not sure where the kepala paip is so I didn't poo that time and make it happened somewhere else nicer.

The room was not clean, dusty floor, I even saw a cockroach in the room. They didn’t provide remote control of air conditioner. The door couldn’t shut tightly, bad smell of cigarette floated in! I suspected the staff smoke in the reception. Overall, it’s a very bad experience!
