The room doesnt provided with towel, electric kettle and in front of the toilet there were no cloth to wipe your foot. Electric kettle is a necessity as during late night, travellers often wanted to drink hot water

I am really disappointed with the size of the room. We booked deluxe twin & the room was extremely small. The beds were arranged foot to foot & the space between the beds were so small. Don't get me started with the bathroom. If you were to choose, go for double queen for bigger space.

Cramped toilet with drain smell going into the room, the towel may have not been washed. Lighting is dark as well. Just okay for the price, and if you need to stay at the area.

Not suitable for family with young kids especially baby. You have to share electric kettle in the lobby. Toilet too small so do the room itself. No lift, you have to carry baggages to upstairs. I pay RM107+RM5 agoda charge, while their walk in rate is RM79 but the staff told me they don’t accpt walk in, only booking acceptable😵💫 This room should be RM60-75. Also, i have to ask towel since they not prepare it in our room. Only 1 bulb in the room and the ceiling is awful to see.

After reviewing Hotel Malaysia, Sibu, this is just another one of my bad experience with the hotel. Book for Suite room, then, checking in, here are some of the not so good about the room (or maybe hotel overall as well): 1. Not towel provided, unless you asked for one/two at the counter. Maybe after they read this review, they will provide towel as standard. 2. Bathroom, OMG, I should say. With 2 1/2 feet wide, who do you think might have showered in there? A leprechaun? The hose is leaking, and those who have Claustrophobia, better don't go in there or else.... 3. Air-conditioning is worse. Still feel warm even after 10 minutes of turning it ON. 4. The lighting only has one bulb, thanks to its indoor wall painting, colored in dark brown, really makes the room even creepier. 5. Small table, and doesn't fit laptop. 6. Parking is a mess, it is located near PMG clinic, and people love to double park.

Apps Agoda Problem and The hotel itself not what it's looked like”
Agoda apss crash as we're about to check in our name were not on the list..this was suck...an hour later then we're able to check in..and the room that i get was not what i expected..the pictures shown in the apps was not the type of service or room condition that you'll get..Felt like being scammed!!!!!

Am very disappointed. 1. Rate online was more than double of that of walk in 2. Was promised towel on check-in but we were given towels not according to no of guest as per booking. TOWEL SMELLS LIKE IT WAS RECYCLED -- YUCK! 3. Floor was wet from raining outside and the leak was from the wall and window 4. The electricity was "on and off" few times during our stay 5. There was yellowish urine on the toilet bowl when I lifted the toilet seat 6. Had itch all over the body the next day

Worse ever experienced at the said hotel/inn. Very unfriendly staff, not courteous, always missing, receiptionist section leaving empty with no people to man. Room is not clean and not satisfy. Once enter, i am checking out immediately. Not recommended to stay, hotel owner, please do something to improvise better. Thanks.
