We stay here on the way back from Langkawi to Kota Tinggi. We are given huge room cos the given room were noisy with the sound of blower. We arrive at the middle of the night & early morning we move back to Kota Tinggi. Nice room to nap

I did not expect budget hotel to look this good, honestly ive been to worse budget hotels. Location is strategic, close to UKM. Cleanliness is so-so, at night alot of small insects came out but the staff is kind enough to help spray them even though it was 12am.

1) Noisy and no privacy - noises from the other rooms could be heard. 2) Checked out early, but the parking management was not open yet - had to pay full for parking. 3) Window panels were broken - unable to close it properly. When it got windy, the windows would be shaken like ghost was there. 4) Foul odor especially on near the curtain/window 5) Quite dirty toilet. So-so la, budget hotel kan. Boleh la untuk stay 1 malam.
