Please hotel to Improve water system..sometimes water shower is very slow and water heater didn’t function at all. Sliding door toilet stuck and cannot fully close.. No coffee and water heater provided..some facilities not same as mention in agoda..have to do alot of improvement for this hotel..

I was ready to checkout but the staff keep on asking me whether i gave them any deposit upon arrival.I have to wait for nearly 20 minutes and still didnt get my deposit back.After 2 days,they did bank in the deposit but still they need to improve their management on clients deposit money.

If you are considering this place, just know that you can get much better place other than this. Hot room, the aircond is not helping to cool down the room. Channel pn boring. Dh booked awal but then kena cancel tiba2. But terpaksa get a new room sebab dh penat nak keluar cari tempat lain. Refund entah bila dapat. Won't recommend this place.
