No WiFi, no TV, no guard and receptionist at night time. Some more got cockroaches inside the room. Need to think twice before you book. Got “other” guest also.

The only positive thing from my stay was the accommodating and friendly staff and the ample parking. The hallway was dark and gloomy, the furniture are old and got so many scratches and vandalism on it, no TV channels or wifi (because they said some renovation was going on). Really in need of a refresh or a new management altogether.

Booked for four days and on first day there was no water supply starting fron 9pm till 5am. No notice given. Same thing happened on second night. Asked the receptionist and the only solution they gave is 2 mineral bottles. No pails given. And i travelled all the way from terengganu. Have to check out on the last night and stay at another hotel. Worst experience
