Quite worried at first. Our first time going up north from Pasir Gudang, Johor for the "U" registration the next day. Very close to UUM!!! Convenient for us. Staff very helpful even though we check-in so late at night.

Room was smelly,dirty and the staff not helpful and rude. Not worth for money at all,amenities and facilities not complete. Don’t even have system to check, for guest that have confirmed booking through Agoda. Totally not recommended.

Terrible experience at this motel. Cleanliness is totally out. Room were dirty and smelly. bathroom also very smelly and have fungus. Towel provided also is very dirty amd with stain. Not worth the money for these kind of motel. The Management need to relook into this. It's a nightmare. Left early the next day coz can't stand the smell and lots of cockroaches too.

The hotel is nearby UUM, a good place to sleep and pools for kids.. The only downside is since this place a bit remote, the network reception is on the lower side. Hence a good WiFi Internet is essential and the television should have a proper channel to view instead nothing to watch. Checking out early is a hassle since unavailable to do so. I

it is an affordable place to stay, the room is clean but there's a uncomfortable smell in the room , maybe it's not being used for quiet sometimes due to CMO.
