Hotel need renovation & repair”
Stayed in Deluxe Room with 1 Double and 1 Single Bedroom. But the facility really need improvement physically especially maintenance. - Main door latch broken. - Toilet door lock also broken. - Drainage pipe for the shower area in toilet also clogged. - Button close door for lift also broken/faulty. - Aircond fan is blowing slow despite set to maximum with remote, maybe need capacitor change?? Most painted surface esspcially at the bottom corner already peeled off and seemed wet. On arrival, can smell the trace of ciggarette smoke smell in the room. Carpark was in public area, so maybe need to pay with parking coupon during weekdays. Otherwise location was central and good. Easy access to restaurant and shops. Check in and check out easy. No deposit required, just that they photocopied my IC. Staff is good and helpful. I hope management can spend some money to do improvement. Thank you

The only one that is good about this hotel is the staff at the counter. He's been very emphatic and kind to assign a room, big enough to accommodate my family. This is the only reason I give 4 stars for service. The rest, are not recommended. I have full regret of check in here, plus the smell along the corridor, and poor lift too. It's like walking into an era of 90s kind of environment, creepy as well. Furthermore, if anyone of you planning to bring family members, especially with young children, this hotel is a no no!!! You will experience loud slamming doors of people after getting drunk at the bar just outside the hotel, very poor insulation if I might say, the sound door slamming is just unbearable! Don't go here, unless they had effort to renovate the whole infrastructure in the future. For now, this is just a waste of money.

booked a night for my parents, tak sampai 1 jam check in terus minta check out. don't claim the place as hotel if you don't take care the cleanliness so well. plus the bed was so itchy.

This is one of the lousiest hotel I have ever stayed.I book this hotel due to unavailability of the normal hotel I use to stay.The owner must be the stingiest person as this hotel dont even have a water heater for use..Imagine I checked in with a 10 month old baby..Was frantically looking for hot water and the staff didnt even offer to help me out.Maybe Agoda and Oyo owners should stop cheating guest by listing all the hotels unfit for human stay...Go to hell with this hotel.

Hotel rooms were smelly & dirty. Counter staff are not helpful & rude. Your hotel doesn't look like hotel, it is a lodging room standard. My family were so angry with the condition of the hotel. We did not stay in your hotel & did not claim back our money. We look for other hotel for the night.

go other hotel, its super ran down, smelly and flirty. We checked out the hotel the moment we enter the rooms. Rooms are smells of citrate, dirty bed sheets, torn curtain and broken lifts. One of the room has a sign of break in. Not safe to stay at this hotel at all. we are so regret with this booking.
