I have made booking through agoda and the payment was done by credit card. Once reach property, the malay male receptionists ask me to top up another Rm 20 ringgit. I'm ask why then he said the price showing at agoda app is not reasonable and can't get the room. I just told him that later when I check out will pay. So when come to check out time there is one more Chinese uncle at reception counter ask me to pay Rm40. When ask him he said just pay.. there is no any receipt given. What's going on here. Pls advice me ..

Except for the slow water flow bc of Johor water flow to Singapore, all in the room is GOOD! Should ask staff to sweep the floor next time if you see the floor is a bit dirty, since the frontdesk staffs are old but nice people, i can’t complain much but just enjoy the good sides of the hotel.

The price is suitable as a budget hotel. All equipment in room functions well but, the cleanliness quite poor. Air-conditioning is fine, and the heater in bathroom also works. Parking spot is available in front of the hotel. My rating for facilities is 3.5 out of 5. For the cleanliness is 1 out 5. You get room for the price you pay for. Thank you.

Pros: - staff is okay, that uncle friendly - location is fine - aircond is fine, hot shower is working Cons: - room is terrible, not the same with picture: booked one with window but i got room without window - no thick blanket, just small weird not comfortable thin blanket - no mirror in toilet - toilet is a little bit dirty - the bathmat is dirty - pillow not comfortable

Paid Agoda RM 42, then ask you to paid more RM 50 when check in. If don't want the promotion, don't let Agoda do the promotion lah. Poor hotel. Air conditioner said new, but not cold at all. The main road outside very noisy and can't sleep well at night. Very not recommended. If RM 90 I can find better hotel than this.

Staff is a Chinese uncle, asking for extra money. Even thou we already pay at agoda. And the room is dirty with lots of bugs. Strongly recommend agoda not to put its link on suggested option
