Not recommend at all”
Seriously, this is our first bad experience on Agoda. Already read the previous bad review. But i just ignore it thought that this property have any improvement. But nope. My family experience the same like other review. Only 1 day before checkin, i still didn't receive any instructions to check in. Message properties that handles by OYO, they said need to contact personally to the house owner. OYO gives owner phone number and i need to contact myself 🤦🏻♂️ How if i don't contact OYO asking for check in instruction? So after contacting owner, they said already double booking and they change our booking to their other homestay. He said tomorrow will give passcode to checkin. Till the day to checkin till 1pm still no passcode given. We ask again, just he gave the passcode. Yeah, its bad. House not clean, refrigerator not working, no iron, old bed and wardrobe. Bad bad. 1 🌟

I have booked homestay putra 1, tomorrow will be my check in date and i yet to receive any info on how to get the keys but then only after that i was informed that the unit i booked was taken by other ppl, oyo staff forgotten to update into the agoda system. After i keep complaining then the oyo's staff make the effort to replace me another homestay at putra 2. Anyhow we have unpleasant stay at the homestay putra 2 due to the cleanliness, full of spider web, ants, the oily and sticky floor plus oyo's staff told us that dont provide any toilet paper...totally ridiculous
