I have stayed twice there and got a bad experience. The staffs are rude, non-committed and has no english knowledge. Travellers from outside states are not recommended to stay here. Small boys are as appointed as staff with no experience so it’s hard to have a good staying experience there. Worst place for travellers and not worth for the charged money.

Empire suite staff is very rude ..staff showed us our room but AC was not working .. after complaining he offered a different less convenient room and AC not working again .. poor services ..also we had booked a smoking room but on arrival they said smoking is not at all allowed in the premises .. Wasted alot of time being there 😓

Fabhotel Empire Suite is by far the worst hotel stay and experience I have experienced so far. The room which was allotted to us was nothing as shown in picture. It had no windows.The nightmare doesn’t just end there we found not 1 but 3 cockroaches in the room. The bed linens had some questionable stains on them. When we complained about them we were given unsatisfactory answers by hotel staff. When we tried to speak with the customer care service of Fab Hotels they were very rude when we asked them to shift us to some other hotel due to hygiene issues.Later we were shifted to a different room in the same hotel but there again the TV set top box was not working, they could have just replaced it with the previous room’s set top box or any other room since most of the rooms were vacant but then we decided to let go and accepted out fate to stay there for a day. After this experience, I am never going to book any of my stay with Fabhotel ever.
