Good Location and room Space”
This is my first time stay in this hotel. The location is good because is near to the Kuching Waterfront. The room that i booked is Deluxe King, when i enter the room, i shock for a while, because the room space is spacious and big. Only one thing is that the bath towel, you need to approach the hotel reception counter to ask for the bath towel everytime, after the housekeeping do the cleaning of the room, they will not put any bath towel, you need to request but is little bit trouble. Maybe this is their own policy. Overall is good. I will stay for second time in the future. Thanks

Overall it is okay and fine. Another staff is okay for sure. But there is one staff in morning, for me she very rude to my mom. My mom asked her about grab, she said "don't know,don't know". Hello ! If you don't know about grab, find a solution to a guest. Give them contact number of taxi. Not everyone in your hotel is from SARAWAK! There might be come from outside the state. Don't expect all guest know about your place. How come as a staff, you can't help the guest? I am also hotel staff. But I know how to give a solution to a guest. You should train more your staff. Especially 07/07/2022 staff in morning who ever she is. She should learn how to communicate with guest too. Don't be snob or stupid. Your hotel was good. But please train your staff as well. Don't make she looked stupid infront of guest.

Pro...easy access to everywhere...near town...walking distance to mom's laksa and rj ayam bakar. Cons...toilet a bit smelly but u pay what you get... strongly recommended for budget holiday

Superior king room”
I loved the room. It was spacey and felt like I'm in a 3 🌟 hotel at least. Due to the price of course some things had to be compromised. Like the mini bar and tub. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was convinient for handling the kids. It's has enough room for them to run around. They provide towels and other things each day. The downside is the staff service. First day, after a day out went in and saw the room was not made up. I thought maybe coz they don't want to touch our stuff which was on the bed. For the second day I personally requested to change sheets and cleared the bed so that they can change and make the bed. Came back and it didn't happen. When I looked closer, they didn't even sweep the room clean. Just take out the trash, sweep some space, place towels n soaps n water. That's it. Now I have young children, they better provide a broom if the cleaners are not gonna sweep. But overall stay was pleasant. Thank you
