Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the (HKI) to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

This place good for stay with long period time n with family or group people.. The room have big space and reasonable with the price.. Staff is very friendly.. Only i'm not satisfied with the tv at my room that time.. I cannot watch a single channel from tv maybe due to some problem.. But it's okay.. bcoz most of the time we are not in the room.. Just a place for my family to sleep n bath.. One more it's near to food zone.. 😊😊😊

Better than expected from the outside!”
The outside and the lobby gave me a not-so-good first impression but the room was good! Unlucky with the first 2 rooms but the 3rd was perfect. First room had no lock, so we immediately changed the room and the staff was quick to give us a change in room. Second room, the toilet flush wasn't working so well so it got stuck. again the staff immediately changed the room for us. Third room, everything was working alright. Clean and well lit, towels provided, shampoo and soap provided too. On our 2nd day, we bought kek lapis and told the staff if we could keep it somewhere chilled and they sent us a mini fridge to store it. On the check-out day, they allowed us to keep our luggages there after check-out. overall, very pleased with the service and the staff, everything!

Big and clean room, but no hair dryer available in the room. Location ok but around 10/15 mins walking to Top Spot.. 😂 Pros is Near to Lepau Restaurants / Annuar Steamboat 👍🏻 Air conditioning good & very cool 👍🏻 Lift still under maintenance 😂 Exercise up & down by using the stairs. 🤣 So far, all okay & acceptable.

I stay here for 2 weeks....big hotel room with a small rate hotel. Walking distance to Kuching Waterfront, many restaurant near the hotel and easy to get a grab service. Nice aunty at the counter really help me at the most. TQ..definitely will come with family.

This hotel is near Sarawak river, 1.3 km, 15-20 mins for walking. It is also near new Sarawak museum, Plaza merkeda. There are many cheap restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is just beside Anuar Steamboat, behind Sharing downtown. The room is spacious and the bed is big. The downside is that the lift was not functioning and have to climb stairs. Overall is ok for solo traveller.

The room was clean. On/off Wifi signal. If only they can improve the bath room condition (toilet won't flush, leaking tap, low water pressure), it would be a perfect stay for a budget hotel.
