It was a good stay”
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is right beside the Mario Naka Metro Station, a short bus ride from the airport. The staff was friendly and the facility was kept clean. I especially liked the breakfast, which was simple but delicious.

The location is next to Marol metro and very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside is the food and that too is overpriced

This place is need of a renovation and as per the staff on the front desk, OYO will be shutting it down for a full renovation. Location is quite good and will only get better once the Metro station construction right in front of it is complete.

Unclean, unsafe hotel, terrible location”
The staff at this hotel were pleasant and helpful even when we refused to check-in because of the mold on the walls of the two rooms we were shown. The entire hotel is in terrible shape inside and out, with cracked, unsafe stairs leading to the rooms, dust, peeling paint, filthy glass and stained walls in the rooms and hallways. Located in the middle of the construction zone for the Mumbai Metro (not their fault), however that creates a lot of dust that isn't cleaned even in the front lobby which is the first point of contact for the customer. We're aware that the room is a budget option, but we're seasoned travellers who travel for six months a year, mostly using budget accommodation. This hotel is one of few we've refused to stay in because of the condition. After a lengthy and very frustrating conversation with the OYO helpline while sitting in the lobby trying to cancel the booking, we were offered the option of a nearby hotel (Silver Key Stay), which we took. Don't stay here!

1st they behave really pathetic. The guy told how can you get this room at this price.. We are giving rooms at 3500+ etc etc I told I git Offer on it app Soni booked, simple. Then he said this time I am allowing you. But can't donut Mext time. Shower not working properly, no refrigerator.

Initially they denied me entry because of bookinh through Agoda. Bad rooms, they do not even keep basic things there and you have to call everytime to get basic amenities. But staff was very polite, so would recommend only because of staff.

Very dirty hotel. We looked at two rooms. Everywhere dust, hair. The bathroom has dirty walls near the toilet. There is no hot water. The staff opens the door with their key and enters the room

The rooms are clean and staffs are quite good. But location and facilities like 1 star. Free breakfast is just a no because its not even sufficient for single person. only I menu that two is very limited. I stayed for 2 days other restaurant charges are too high. Outlook from outside is pathetic may feel it is very old building. Inside is ok
