The Best Guesthouse ”
To be honest, we didn't imagine that this guesthouse would be great. I mean it is not that expensive so we thought it would be just a simple room. However, when we arrived, the room was huge as hell and it was clean; you won't find a dust. We were overly satisfied like it is good to be true. They have a cabinet, water heater(drinkable), heater(bathroom), aircon, electric fan, and table/chairs(for eating) and even utensils. We love the place and we would certainly recommmend it to everyone who's looking for a good place to stay. The staff was friendly, accomodating and considerate. We broke a glass so we want to pay for it, but he told us it's fine. That is why in return, we want to recommend this to everyone. The rate is 10/5, sobra pa sa sulit! We just have a suggestion: You guys should continue on advertising your facebook page, I saw your page and it is not updated; last posts were from 2018 pa. Sobrang ganda ng guest house niyo and kulang lang siya ng avertisement po! Thank you RJAT Guesthouse! Sa uulitin!

Very budget friendly yet better than other hotels”
It was very affordable and was surprised on how the place looked like a hotel, even better than other hotels we've been to. Clean, simple, all the things we need were provided, staff was accommodating. We just had a hard time looking for it because there was no signage. It was along the road though and it was accessible. There is also a convenience store at the ground floor making it very convenient for our needs especially we have small children.

It was a good experience. You will feel the ambiance of just being at home in a room. Though it don't have a security personnel you are still safe. When it comes to accessibility of groceries, food or restaurant it was really good. There is a minimart at the ground floor and beside of the building was a subdivision wherein you can also go in their to explore some small stores for some stuffs. The location of this building was also great since it was near to the event place we are attending with.

Room is okay. The only problem is too much loud noise the whole night till morning because there’s a Bar on roof top, band playing music. Even until 8am there’s still loud music playing.

Pros: - Convenience Store on the ground floor for necessities - Mall/Fastfood just a 5-min drive (2km) - Clean bedsheets - Hot shower - TV is working with cable - WiFi was fast Cons: - Resto Bar on the 4th floor which was loud until 2am (yup, when I say LOUD... it was very LOUD) - Smelly bathroom, it was clean, but there was a 'kulob' strong odor - No proper parking area - Walls were thin, you can hear people talking and walking outside of your room - Aircon was not too cold, had to wait an hour before we felt the breeze Well, it's a budget hotel/resthouse. Do not expect too much. 🙂
