The room and location were good. The room and hallway smelled nice as well. The $100 deposit is NOT on the website nor is it on any 3rd party sites. That's the only thing that needs to change. However, it is not hard to get back. I suggest pay it in cash, so you can get it back at check out.

I reserved a two bed room that was spacious enough for two adults and two children which included a microwave and mini sized refrigerator. The hotel is located on the service road of Hwy 635 (Lyndon B Johnson Freeway) and near Central Expressway 75. There is a bus line and train station near the hotel for those that may not have a vehicle. The dining options are few within walking distance but many within driving distance. If choosing to stay at this hotel be prepared to encounter homeless people walking around the property. Also, know the hotel is always booked on the weekends and the best price is always online with Hopper.com. The staff is pleasant and the rooms are kept clean. I would give an overall rating of 3.75 stars.

I booked a smoking room just to get there and find out they do not offer smoking rooms and the front desk lady was rude. When I told her what happened she said I was lying because they wouldn't have booked me a smoking room. It was really embarrassing the liby was full and she made me feel like I was stupid

Had fighting outside in parking lot, it looks like strippers live there but place was welcoming. My room was not cleaned properly I found food in the half working refrigerator and a cigarette left in the chair.

Cheap and ratchet ”
The photos do not do it justice. From the pic of the front desk, which is what you see upon reviewing and purchasing through agoda, one might think that it’s pretty nice and nicely priced. But, if the photographer could back up a little or do a panoramic view, you’d see the big picture. And it’s somewhat different. At check in, staff is average, nice enough, what you’d expect for the property. And then, the only way into the hotel is one single glass door, no other way in, no matter where you park, how much luggage, etc. The stenciled, life-size drawings on the walls are the entertainment until you locate your room. The interior is pretty clean, towels and tub are clean, floor and carpet, not perfect, but acceptable. Cable TV, microwave, small fridge all included. No iron, but there’s an ironing board. Incidentally, the housekeeping dept can fold towels in the shape of an elephant or something. Around sunset, the patrons of this hotel come to life, blaring music so loud in the hotel that it literally sounds like a club is under your room. The traffic in the parking lot increases by ten fold and that means all kinds of traffic. The room could use better security, locks and devices to make the room more secure. As it all unwinds, you have no choice but to sit and watch the festivities from the window of your room. I stayed there on a Monday and Tuesday night, so I can only imagine a Friday or Saturday. I did finally go outside when everything seemed relatively calm. And when I got to the parking lot, discovered my car was missing and inside it, was my cell phone. Yes, my car was gone. I went inside after searching the parking lot and told the front desk girl, who was incredibly unhelpful, to call their towing company and see if it was accidentally towed or had she seen anything. She said she’s unauthorized to call the towing company. And gave me the summary of thr situation: it was either stolen or a towing company had repoed it. Apparently, she had not seen anythi
