Nice and friendly staff...except for the woman at the front desk...
I arrived after 10 p.m. all of your staff was very friendly and polite except for the front desk lady I requested breakfast at 5 a.m. I travel to Manila every year sometimes twice a year because I have wife and son in Cagayan De Oro City but I'm sorry to tell you I will never stay at this hotel again all because of this one woman man I didn't get my breakfast until 6 a.m. and it was no longer fresh and when I told the person that brought my breakfast but I told the front desk lady I wanted it at 5 a.m. she assumed I would come to the dining I just got up a 17-hour flight back at the airport by 6 a.m. for my flight to my home island of Mindanao.... this woman called my room room and began yelling at me very rudely.... everyone there was nice and courteous and helpful except for her because of her I will never stay at the oyster again she was a very rude unfriendly woman.....the aircon was not working well...but one thing i have noticed is the maintenance people in most hotels in Manila never clean the filter so airflow is restricted and the aircon seems to not work well....but it is just the filter almost every time....you might want to pass that info along to your maintenance people....thank you...Roy Shook....Selah,Washington,USA and Cagayan De Oro City,Philippines....

Very good
Stayed one night. Budgethotel near the airport. What sets it apart is the very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was very good as well. If possible get a room not on the street side because that can be noisy. Would visit again

I spent 1 night here before changing to another hotel. I ordered a chicken sandwich for my lunch and when it arrived it had no chicken on it. i was told the chicken was in the mayo, i didnt understand what that meant. The breakfast was so small that it's not worth calling breakfast. The room itself was ok, the aircon was ok also, nothing great just a very simple room. Trying to get a taxi from this area to go anywhere is very difficult, took almost 40min to get a taxi to take me to makati and i had to give extra peso. The staff was friendly and helful. I probably wont stay at this hotel again, unless im flying out the next day
