The toilet didn't flush!”
Toilet fixed by 2nd night, good location for us, free internet.
This is not a hotel, it is a person who rents his studio apartment. There are no services, and nobody on site who is responsible for fixing anything that might go wrong. That's the major problem with this place. When we got there Friday afternoon the toilet didn't flush. The building concierge, who isn't there on the weekend and isn't responsible for caring for this studio, was good enough to contact the owner for us. The owner didn't get the toilet fixed until some time on Saturday. I contacted the owner afterward to ask for a refund of 1 night's fee and now 3 weeks later haven't heard back from them. Other than this, the room had no particular positive nor negative qualities. It was average and suitable, however after tax, was way over priced for what it was. Therefore it's a bad value and I recommend that you don't stay there if you can avoid it.

Great Service Apartment by the Thames”
The complimentary Wi-Fi
The service apartment was very well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, cutlery and complimentary wi-fi. It's also convenient to get to by bus 170 from Victoria station. The studio apartment was a good size with a big wardrobe. It can accomodate up to 3 persons as it has a sofa-bed. There's no in-house restaurant though Battersea Village is a 15 minute walk away.
