I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ozo North Pattaya on a family vacation and couldn't be happier with our choice. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. During our time at Ozo North Pattaya, we took advantage of the hotel's fantastic amenities, including the outdoor pool, fitness center, and delicious on-site dining options. We particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. Family trip with seniors”
Newly opened hotel in North Pattaya since October 1st, 2020. The hotel is situated right before Amari hotel and within a short walking distance to Terminal 21 and the beach. We booked city view and had asked for a connecting room in which they then placed us on 14th floor room; overlooking Termninal 21 and some green area view which was good for us. Rooms were clean and well equipped with plenty of plugs and USB chargers. Amenities are Breeze, the same brand as Amari hotel. Fitness is opened 24 hours and located on 3rd floor of the building. It is one of our most impressive facilities as the room is big and has a full range of weight training equipment and machines. Swimming pool is also another stunning facility with perhaps 40-45 meter in length. They got kids' slider in the other pool too. Breakfast area is in EAT restaurant and it is huge. They also offer gluten free roll. We think, with a full capacity, this hotel should also be offering interesting breakfast lines. The Chill room offers board game, domino, cards, pool table, access to the Apple computer, etc. and also opens 24 hours. Parking is also good; indoor and plenty but not sure if with full capacity, it would be enough. Though the hotel has got outdoor spaces which should be fine. Overall for this trip, Ozo is in a good condition and offers reasonable prices and perfect facilities.

Great location ”
The only two things that disappointed me is there's no Netflix and no room service and they don't provide enough drinking water in the room. But the location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and Terminal 21 with public transportation everywhere. The pools are good and the breakfast is good. We had the king suite and it was excellent, especially for the price. Everything is new and nice.

Location, inviting pleasant environment. Lots of details and design elements pleasing to the eye. Open concept of lobby, pool, outdoor seating area, breakfast buffet, pool slide. Staff friendly and very helpful, even for arranging taxi and addressing concerns 🙏🏽 Lots of comfortable elements in room . Contemporary modern. If I had to find any faults, I would say shower water pressure lacking and design flaw of shower allows lots of leaking onto floor. Maintenance guys attempted to fix to no avail . Had to request multiple additional towels to address issue. Everything is readily accessible to the hotel from food, entertainment and of course massage ❤️. Having laundry facilities accessible would be helpful, especially for long stay folks.

Their staffs made our day!”
Check in at midnight since we need to move from our 1st hotel because of bad services and electricity problem in room (air conditioner broken down in the middle of the night). We called the hotel beforehand to check if there's any available room and then booked through Agoda. Upon arrival, front desk staffs knew our situation and checked us in real quick. They also upgraded us to better room to ease our diificult night. Nice hotel, even better staffs. Totally recommend.

Could not fault the hotel only downfall was no room service, great location and friendly staff, the rooms were very clean. So far the best hotel I have stayed with my family as the family room is perfect when traveling with kids.

Pros: - good value for money - new, clean and well maintained property from 2020 - professional and friendly staff - sufficient inside parking places - free view to the sea and pool - big windows - very well maintained breakfast buffet (tasty, clean and always refilled) - 2 very good coffee machines at breakfast (self-service) Cons: - quite small balcony, no place for chairs or table (ca. 1-1.3m wide) - Agoda offered only City-View rooms. An upgrade to Sea-View costs THB 500 per night. An a bit lacy lady at reception mentioned that no Sea-View rooms are available (only twin-beds). Another colleague heard our request, even she wasn't involved, but she was checking promptly and offered a Sea-View room with king-size bed for the above mentioned upgrade costs. --> 5-stars for the very engaged reception lady and 2-stars for the lacy colleague. - no bell-boy or concierge: No suitcase support to the rooms. That's a bit poor, but not a big deal However, very nice place and we would certainly come again.

The Hotel still new. I was looking for hotel with kids can do activities. I like the location, close to Bangkok and good promotion offer. Closed to the shopping mall Terminal 21, staff service mind. And nice for family with kids. Parents can chilling while The kids playing in the kid's pool. I might go there again
