enjoyed my 2 night 2 day stay here. The room was not very large but still very airy and clean. cute balcony and windows and quite windy at the 4th floor (we went towards end of Dec so the weather was lovely). The rooms were new and very very clean, including the bathroom ! Right on top of 7/11 shops and walking street, so commuting and getting essentials and also accessing Thailand entertainment (If you know what I mean). We were a couple and had a comfortable and safe stay there. The staff is nice (not overfriendly but minds her business and provides good service, which is all we wanted) and she allowed us to check in at 10 am (whereas our check in time was 2pm, she did not make any tantrums and provided us the room key immediately. The breakfast is provided complimentary at the dream hotel (not too many choices, basic English and American breakfast) which was quite filling.
