Hey staff you have to get the map position right on Agoda'. I booked thinking of a budget room near my friends on the hill between Lamai and Chaweng.
But the hotel is actually on a side street in Chaweng-- far away from the position i.dicated on the Agoda map.

Excellent location but otherwise not impressed”
Location is excellent - quiet area away from the much busier main drag of Chaweng but still enough restaurants and other attractions to satisfy. Perhaps a 10 minute or less walk to the beach. Staff ranged from semi-amiable to downright miserable and unpleasant. Room was large and reminded me of very retro beach style (a good thing). Bed and pillows were absolutely disgusting with a variety of repulsive stains. The stains on one of the pillows made it obvious that someone had vomited while sleeping. Hotel unhelpful with booking tours, though plenty of free brochures and maps offered.

Lady at Reception was Lovely and couldn't do enough for me Location far enough away from all the noise from the main road But only 10 Mins walk to get to Bars Restaurant's and the beach. Would Stay again without a doubt

Clean. Close to everything you need.. Quiet.. Family Mart. 7-11 and Beach all close by. P Chaweng is not in the heart of the bars and clubs. Although close to food beach shops taxi. or rent a bike

Its reasonably cheap
The bathroom has no fan (and no windows) and the aircond was freezing cold,
cannot be adjusted. Not practical to open window becos of security n mozzies.
It is a bit far from town centre.

This was one of the best places we stayed on our backpacking trip through thailand. The room was spacious, beautiful and extremely clean. Sheets were so soft and comfortble. The staff was very welcoming, inviting and hospitable. We hated to leave such a great place to stay, an afforable price, and excellent location. Walked to beach/food everything. Very quite at night. All around a great place to stay. I would recommend my mother to stay here!

Affordable rooms, quiet and nice staff.
I arrived late in the evening, had a very smooth check-in. The room standard was basic but ok....you get what you pay for...that was no problem ! A faint smell inside the rooom though...! Beds were a bit soft for my taste. But as a whole...it was cllean and quiet....I stayed out late and could sleep undisturbed until noon. No safebox in the rooms.

location and the price
actually it is a nice guest house when you have to take care of your budget, it is not that far away from the nightlife and the beach is also quite easy to reach
we had problems with the staff, they were unfriendly and we were not allowed to stay there for another night, but I would stay there again because of the location
