looking the area around port dickson, the location just good and reasonable. the only lagging was the surrounding neighbour full with foreign workers which will make the condo does not like a condo.

I was very disappointed with the PD Perdana Condominium I really looked run down, and did not look the way it was advertised, I made up my mind not to stay there and I would never stay there even if it was the last option, And I definitely would never ever recommend anyone to stay there

many malays book this place cheap and clean but my unit was at level 4 the owner provide many things including water, cooking etensil, stove etc recommend for those on budget

as usual for me to check out all the hotels type in agoda..but seriously this time I'm quit frustrated with the picture display in agoda.com as not same like the actual room.with poor and uncleanness toilet and room.like staying at a normal apartment.the surrounding also not comfort for family vacation..to agoda please make sure the quality of services provided by the hotel/apartment/condo in future..better do site visit before promoting to customer.

bed cover it's old a little dusty.the toilet seriously needs a lot of renovation for those picky with the toilet.this hotel is not recommended.overall the maintenance of the hotel is not very good.suitable for pit stop but probably not for few day stay.

It was a last minute booking, and our expectations weren't that high to begin with. We shouldn't have been so optimistic. The listing mentioned a condo.. we didn't expect it to be a walk-up fourth floor unit in a rundown apartment complex. Did i mention "walk up". Yup no elevators and the stairs are dark, dusty and eery. Furnitures are old and had seen better days, the whole apartment smell like rotten food or your typical garbage dump. Hot water doesnt wprk, shower doesnt work, toilet flusg tank leaks and when you flush the flush water will gush out all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink was clogged . Beddings, pillow case, bedsheets etc are all dusty and we dare not sleep on them. Water dispenser doesn't work, fridge was smelly. When we arroves my kids went straight to the pool and fived in, otherwise we would have swallowed our pride, cut our losses and go look for other accommodation. We went with low expectation, we shouldn't have had any at all.

Accommodation maintenance can be better. Pipes leaking. Air-con can be improved. General cleanliness can be improved. Insufficient towels (for 4 persons). No toilet paper.

I will not recommend this hotel to my friends because no lift. I get an apartment 3th floor and no lift. I went wirh my parents n my children. No receptionist. So scarry.
