The Perfect Place to stay”
P.P Casita hotel wasn't at all in my list, I had booked an other hotel, but having checked the reviews, i had to change my mind. Just before a couple of weeks before my our trip, I decided to book a Bungalow in P.P. Casita hotel. The overall reviews very good about this hotel. Upon arriving we were picked up by a hotel representative at Tonsai pier and we were escorted to hotel. The hotel staff is more than helpful and even they would suggest you for anything you would want to ask. The Bungalows are great with all facilities, our room safe didn't work, but when we mentioned it, they didn't take a long time to fix it. wifi wasn't good at that time, so we just used our own internet package. There was a refrigerator with water, complimentary coffee and tea, but there wasn't coffee making machine, but we had brought our own. The swimming pool is one of the feathers of this hotel, swimming pool timings start from 7 in the morning till 8 pm. We loved it. the water was warm... the beach is also located at just 5 minutes walking distance. The steps of Phi Phi View point just start at the corner of the hotel, so you wouldn't have to walk a long way to climb the stairs. So you won't get tired as much as the other people from other hotels. Normally people who stay at Phi Phi Don Island goes to view point just one time. But because of this hotel, we went there for 2 different times. ( in the morning and in the evening ) We also went to a jungle tracking which is situated on the other side of the view point, it would lead to an other beach. The breakfast is also great. we would surely stay here next time.
Lovely bungalows on great location ”
Finding decent staying in Phi Phi is difficult. After staying in a guesthouse somewhere else, P.P. Casita was a great relief. The bungalows are extremely clean, bathroom is big and has a nice shower. The bed is big and comfortable. The pool is big, clean and very nice to have if the beach is annoying you (can’t imagine though). P.P Casita is located from a two minute walk to the beach and far enough to be quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful: After I told them my girlfriend was sick, they immediately offered to carry her bags from the previous staying to theirs. Only downside is the breakfast: It’s simple and most of the days they didn’t have everything (maybe low-season). Consider not booking the breakfast included.
Great Hotel but noisy at night”
If you are a good sleeper, then this place is great. The bungalows are positioned in a garden of flowers, with boardwalk walkways to each bungalow. The rooms are simple and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only downside to P.P. Casita was that my husband is a lighter sleeper and was up most of the night from the music of the neighboring club. The base beat next door was so strong that the bed would slightly vibrate from it, and the noise easily heard through the walls. We actually left the hotel a night early and took a loss on the cost of the hotel. This may be a consistent issue on Ko Phi Phi anyway, but not something we wanted to deal with on our vacation. I feel bad rating the hotel poorly, since its not their fault that the Ibiza club set up shop next door. But, buyer beware.
Location ”
stayed here on two separate occasions. 3 nights first of all and then came back to phi phi island after visiting some other places. p.p casita was a great hotel!! good location, close to the beach bars but far enough away to not hear the noise at night. the bungalows were a little small but were perfectly adequate. the beds were comfy and the aircon was great..nice& cold! the breakfast was awesome, lots of options for everyone and always well stocked. the pool was great too, enjoyed having a dip each day. the staff were helpful. only downside was there was no wireless internet but there is so many internet cafes close by it didn't matter. happily stay here again and have already recommended to many travellers heading hat way
Great stay in Phi Phi”
The Casita was a fabulous find. We found it through Agoda and compared reviews with Trip Advisor and all reviews were positive and i can only add to it. Casita is like a resort but at budget prices. accommodation is in the format of individual bungalows, villas or flats, all connected with wooden decking, and surrounded by stunning flowers. it's a bit like staying in a little village. the room was clean, spacious, en suite and had a balcony. The swimming pool was clean and cool. breakfast is 'American' - and they have ommelettes cooked to order, but there is a bit of a bug problem that's the only gripe i could have. i would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay on Phi Phi without breaking the bank.
nice place in phi phi ”
I got a good deal for 2 days in phi phi at casita , the hotel has a nice beach laid back ambience .... the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator , a water kettle and also the ac is a lifesaver in the heat . - The hotel staff provides free pick up and drop to the boat pier bcoz u don't have a scooter or taxi option in phi phi so ur luggage is taken care off by thier staff by hand pulled luggage trolleys . - The pool is nice and clean . The tv is having majority of thai channels so it's of no use in the room . If u are booking the bungalow huts den beware that u make it a point that u insist on getting the ones away from the adjoining road otherwise it's impossible to have a sleep due to extreme load boarding music playing in the bars just abt 5 - 6 metres at the backside of the rooms adjoining the road , these rooms are near the reception so u can check it before booking . The rooms in the new building are away from the noise so no issues in selecting them . Happy holidays ppl 😊
Great Hotel, Perfect Location for a good time!”
second time at the p.p casita staying in the a/c bungalows! a/c worked well and the rooms feature tv and minibar and every other essentials you need. hotel is in a great location for those who want to be close to the beach and not far from the beach parties. personally did not experience any problems with noise coming from the beach! if i go back to phi phi for a third time, will not hesistate to book pp. casita
Mi Casita, Su Casita”
PP Casita Hotel was such a great value for the price! The staff was super helpful, friendly, and fluent in English. The bungalows were cozy and clean! The beds were very firm (much like many of the mattresses we slept on throughout Thailand) but we managed to pass out every night with no issues (TONS of walking in Phi Phi). Each bungalow is equipped with AC, WiFi, and TV with a handful of channels (you shouldn't be watching TV while vacationing in Thailand anyway!). There was a cute little porch with 2 chairs in front of each bungalow. Love! The free breakfast was actually really good! This was our last stop of the 10 day Thailand trip, and it was nice to have options other than noodles for breakfast. Made-to-order omelet station was a PLUS! The pool was a modest size but felt incredibly private to the outside world. There is a stunning view of the Phi Phi hills! This hotel is smack dab in the middle of all the action, restaurants, bars, massage parlors, laundry and BEACH!
Casita”
Such a relief to arrive at the Casita after arriving at the frenzied pier. A man from the Phi Phi Hotel/ Casita (they've got the same owner) got us to wait in the shade of the Phi Phi Hotel until he rounded up everyone he was expecting. He carried all our bags in a trailer, weaving through the streets. Its still close to everywhere but is a bit quieter and further away from the madness of Phi Phi Don. We stayed in a building room which was small but a very good standard. Lovely bathroom and felt very secure. Very happy with the Casita, it was slightly above our budget but would definitely consider staying again.
Casita Paradise”
p.p. Casita is the best hotel / resort on Phi Phi. Value for money, Sufficient amenities include a DVD Player. The tropical surroundings are made at night with the noises of exotic animals that surround this resort. Close to te pier (5min walk) and 1 min walk to the beach. the staff will meet you from the ferry to carry your bags and will assist you on departure as well. very Organized recommend highly.
Great pool and oasis of calm in central location”
I would definitely recommend staying her whilst in Phi Phi. Most central hotels are really close to the bars which would make sleeping difficult! Casita is conveniently located close to everything meaning it's easy to walk home, but without the deafening noise on the doorstep. It still isn't 100% quiet and you can hear distant music but then again you are staying close to the action. Another massive bonus is the pool. It is a good size and clean which cannot be said for some of the other hotel pools. It's also ideal for relaxing (no pool parties in this pool). A buffet breakfast comes as part of the deal and towels for the beach or pool are available to borrow every day. The staff was kind and helpful. Just down the road from Blue View Divers dive shop too (the best one in Phi Phi). I stayed in the twin bungalow, they are a little run down but if you travel a bit in Asia and don't expect western standards, you will not find this a problem at all.
Great Relaxing Stay”
Great stay at P.P Casita Hotel! Although Koh Phi Phi is a wild party island, you cannot hear any noise while you are in your room for a night in or a relaxing vacation stay. Nice size cabins and great swimming pool to relax around when you've had enough at the beach.
Such a wonderful break from hostels!”
koh phi phi was my last stop in a week of staying in hostels in bangkok and krabi. i was so pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable my bungalow was when i arrived. after a full day on the beach, i came back to take a shower, got some take out and just enjoyed the air conditioning and hbo (i live in korea and haven't seen much american tv in a long time) before getting a much-needed full-night's sleep. in the morning, the free breakfast was just the thing i needed to start another day in the sun. plus, p.p. casita's service to and from the pier is fantastic!
Perfect Holiday”
Phi Phi is really beautiful and I think the Casita has a perfect location, with the Koh Dalum beach right around the corner. It is a bit of a walk to the hotel from the ferry, but they have trolleys for your luggage, and on the way, you can roam around the shops and view the diving offers! So many things going on in Phi Phi. We took the aircon bungalow. Very nice and clean. The pool is just in front! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!
Great location with good value!”
we absolutely loved our stay at pp casita. we only were able to stay one night because they were booked, but this was the highlight of our trip. the rooms were small, but i thought ideal for thailand. the rooms feel like you are in thailand, which is the entire purpose of going, right? they had excellent plumbing - which none of the other places did. plus they had a separate shower and toilet, which is nice. we had a blast at their pool with a swim up bar. loved the location...about a 5 minute walk from the beach. breakfast was included and quite good. plus it was the best value...only about night, which was much cheaper than other places we stayed at which were not even half as good. i would highly recommend this place. when we return to phi phi - we will book this far in advance!
Very nice hotel”
Nice hotel. Would stay there again. Very clean, nice rooms, great staff. Great place. We took a long tail boat tour for the day, good deal, 600 baht. I stayed in phi phi 1 other time, bayan villa, I was not impressed. I was very happy with the Casita. Only negative, you could not leave the AC on when you left the room. They actually soldered the key to the card that operates the power for the room. After the first night it stayed cool in the room.

Tranquility in the middle of a busy island”
I've been in Koh Phi Phi back in 2011 and I came back this past Oct 2017. I was astonished by the way the island got overcrowded. I remember being in Maya bay with 20 more people, but this time we were thousands. that means the town itself is crowded, noisy and busy. PP Casita is sort of an oasis, just next to the main street, close to everything. It has a zen-ish decoration, flowing water, plants, small huts with A/C. Best bacon I got in Thailand for breakfast.
Beautiful bungalows, quiet for Ko Phi Phi”
We moved to this hotel after our first hotel. This was a huge improvement and not even that much more expensive! The bungalows are larger than they appear in the pictures. The two of us each had two bags and we had enough space to manage for almost a week. The breakfast always had fresh fruit and vegetables and a variety of other food including an egg station. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the grounds of this hotel were and the pool was cooler than the ocean which was nice after a day at the beach. Ko Phi Phi is small and it is about a 4 minute walk to the center where all the bars, and about 2 minutes to the beach where there are also plenty of bars, which provides great access to night entertainment, however it is far enough away that you can actually enjoy some quiet when you do want to sleep at the end of the day. There were people of all ages at this hotel, families, couples, this hotel caters to everyone. I traveled with a friend and we agreed this was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in and if I returned to Ko Phi Phi Don I would definitely stay at this hotel. Only downside was they don't offer wifi.
Great for a Stay on Phi Phi”
if you go to phi, phi you're going to pay for a place to stay. this place was the most expensive we stayed at the whole time we were in thailand but we knew phi phi was expensive and i was happy with the hotel. and as it turned out we payed a lot less than a lot of other people and we got more. yay for booking online early! they picked us up from the pier, which was great, we weren't even expecting it, and showed us to the hotel. phi phi is very small and the hotel was at the end of town part, and very close to everything (as happens with a small island). you can still hear the bars at night but i can't imagine a place where you wouldn't be able to hear them. and you're far enough away that its just some soothing bass anyway. it is also location at the bottom of the path to the view point, a very sweaty and fantastic hike where you are rewarded with a great view. the bungalows are a bit older but very well taken care of and very cute. the pool is nice and the included breakfast was great! we really liked this hotel and it was perfect for a stay on the island.
