Beautiful, cozy and clean apartment in BGC”
We really enjoyed staying in this condo unit as it was modern, clean and had all the stuff we need for a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and we had no issues getting in the condo unit. It was also within walking distance to Uptown Mall. It is in a very quiet area as well. This is an ideal place for families.

Owner cancelled at the last minute”
The management of this accommodation is an agency called Pillow & Space. Everything was settled (extra bed, passport photo, check in/out procedure, etc.). A couple weeks before my arrival, the agent informed me that the owner of the condo cancelled my reservation. However, the agent notified me that there was a replacement condo. I figured that it was all settled, so I didn't argue much. No price change, just relocation. Just over a week before my arrival, another agent from the same company messaged me the same notification. When I mentioned about the first agent who I've been communicating with, they informed me that he was no longer working with the company. As a result, my rebooking was undone. However, the new agent assured me that there was a replacement condo and that the extra bed was free. This agent was extremely hard to contact. It wasn't until LITERALLY a day before my arrival that they sent me the confirmation. Horrible experience...

The unit was okay, but it doesn’t smell nice.”
Our stay in this unit could have been the best if the unit is clean. Also, we had to take off the sheets and the comforter because those for sure weren’t properly washed.They smelled awful. The furnitures and the things inside were good. I’ll definitely come back if they clean it properly.

Great place with minimum twist”
Some cons are: The toilet has no sprayer which is not common for me. I think this place needs additional curtain on tv area and foldable blind inside the bedroom. Also unfortunately the only available tv channel was local, so i can't keep up with the news when i need to. The rest is splendid! Additional pillows, toiletries, additional blanket, great location.

contacted them to advise on late check in but no response from them . hard to find this location , air-conditioning is wall split unit . Wifi wasnt working properly and limited TV channels , this has only local channel.
