Rung was very helpful and resourceful in helping us during our stay. The villa is beautiful as you can expect from a high end 4 star hotel. The pool is not open 24/7 but you can use it after operating hours if you keep noise level at minimum which we pretty much enjoyed the facilities. It is quite far from city centre but transport is affordable. The atomsphere is very quiet if you looking to hide away from the hustle and bustle.

B2-Khamtieng is so good in about clean room, nice staff and so cheap comparing with their service and room size. The room is so wide enough for maximum 2 people and they have the terrace for every room. For this price, they serve you everything necessities that you need and even it has no breakfast, you can out to the morning market or department store nearing hotel. Moreover the hotel is so close from downtown, but it's so quiet and suitable for relax time. The one good thing for this hotel that it's opposite to LOTUS department, so it's so easy to find and very convenient for you.

Chiang Mai House for Dreamers is where travelers come to feel at home. The host, Amarin (อัมรินทร์) will do anything in her capacity to make you feel at ease and help make the most of your trip. I stayed in the superior room located on the ground floor. Spacious, clean and comfortable, I found myself glad to revisit the room after a long day of exploring. The home is located outside of the city center, making our accommodations even more quiet and relaxing. After re-charging my internal batteries with a good night sleep, Amarin would proceed to fill up my food fuel tank with a delicious array of Thai and Western food. Her time and effort cannot be seen better than at breakfast, when she creates a plate of magic for each of her guests! Although the location can be inconvenient, Amarin does her best to accommodate for the issue by helping to organize your itinerary and forming solid relationships with local tuk tuk drivers. With her assistance we found our driver, Puak, who was more than fair and exceptional! Between the two of them, I managed to go to all of my points of interests, which included a local book store and drag queen (กระเทย) show :-) Experience Chiang Mai like a welcomed local with Amarin at Chiang Mai House for Dreamer. The room is quite big and facilities are new. The price is also cheap compared to other hotels. A location is quite far from the city but for me it was not a problem because I rented a motorbike. The staff is so good. I can put our luggage in the hotel when I checked out and went to Doi Inthanon (because I stayed in there one night). When I went back to the hotel and checked in again, they already brought my luggage in my old room. They were so good. I love shampoo, condition and shower gel because they put in big bottles and quality of them are quite good. One thing I was disappointed that they don't have slippers.

We have traveled for many months all over Thailand and Asia, and this is the best place for all time. The price and quality are just super. Service at height. Very cozy, like at home. And here everything is and air conditioning and refrigerator and bath and balcony and a beautiful patio with a pond and a large comfortable bed. Far from the city, but quiet and cozy. There are bicycles and motorcycles for rent. Everywhere a good signal Wifi. Very friendly and sympathetic host. Very family friendly atmosphere. Do not miss the chance to visit this place!

This hotel is extremely far from anything, and unknown to most taxi and tuktuk drivers. We got lost multiple times. It is about a 200 baht ride to the central Chiang Rai. There are a few food options in the area, mind you they are all completely in thai with no english speakers availible. We went to one place and asked for a menu, and then they shoo'd us away. There is a 7/11 a 10-15 minute walk down a busy road, but we relied on that a few times. As stated on another websites reviews for this hotel, there is a Tesco nearby, except they failed to state that you must either walk accross the superhighway, or take a 20 minute detour around it, down an extremely busy road. Our stay at this hotel wasn't really that bad, its just in an extremely inconvenient place, and its newer so its not well known. I would reccomend staying somewhere closer to the town, as much as I hate to say because the staff was very nice.

Went there for my cousin wedding ceremony, it was very good place especially if you like Thai Northern decoration style. The room was very nice and big. The staff were friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and arranged the taxi and for me and my relative when leaving. The place for wedding ceremony is very good and they also have the Thai Northern dress for rent. If you like the wedding scene in Thai historical drama, you will like it. The hotel used to be shot for some Thai Northern historical drama. Wi-fi was not good on that time.

The hotel was a very cute place. The staff was the best part about it. When the tour we booked didn't pick us up, the owner and one of the hotel workers drove us over an hour through the mountains to get there. The hotel has a nice out door seating area and a nice garden. It is vey quiet and a nice place to relax. It would be more convenient for our short trip to stay closer to town, but overall, I would recomendations this hotel.

They provided us everything we need from renting motorbike to giving us directions. The staff are excellent in service, the manager is really good. I liked my trip because i felt safe in that hotel. I was never ripped off with huge amount of money and their warm personality really made me feel satisfied.they don't have wifi in the third floor though. So if you wanna go check out this place, try getting fourth floor instead.

Amazing stay! I work at a 5 star resort here in Thailand, and Khun Nok offers 5 star service! She's amazing, such a wonderful host. The food she prepares for breakfast is delicious, she helped arrange motorbikes, has wonderful massage therapists on call, gives great tourism advice, and helped arrange an amazing Thai cooking class nearby--just such an amazing stay! Really loved her home and the energy she cultivates-it's truly a hidden gem! I'd recommend you highly consider staying here if you don't mind being slightly out of the city because it's well worth it!
