Pachu village and Chestnut are both one of the best property in Pelling in all manners (Chestnut is new property and at little above the village resort, so better in terms of location). Clean and well equipped , authenticate room with awesome view of Kanchenjunga in morning.

Best view and best food”
Hotel is amazing with the great views. You can see the amazing Himalayas and specially Kanchanjanga from the hotel garden itself, no need to go to some special location for the view. Hotel Staff is amazing and very polite. They are always helpful and good in manner. Restaurant is also good and have good views from the window. Though there are limited Vegetarian options but the food is tasty and good in terms of Quality and Quantity. I'll recommand this if you are visiting Pelling.

My stay was very brief on the way to Gangtok. Our stay at Pachu Vihar was for only one night. What we liked about the hotel was the cleanliness, large room size, nice decor, and very friendly and courteous staff.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The hotel is located on a hill some distance away from the town, but it is worth it.

Winter offer to enjoy Pelling”
enjoyed the stay here In the 3rd week of Feb 2020. Amazing view of Kanchenjunga ranges in the morning when the sky was clear. Staff were very courteous and helpful and well dressed too.

It was a great stay as we were upgraded from s/delux to suite , which is quiet big , the location is good with nice views , only issue was ltd food options and on very specific timing as no other option lies nearby

I would rate my stay here as satisfactory....Staff is very amicable viz. Chandra, Sushil and others....Food is very good.... But the property is understaffed..... There are 4 people who basically run the show....Need to improve on their house-keeping...

commentaire libre : seules critiques à faire malgré un séjour et un service très agréable: - salle de bain glaciale, car aération permanente sur l'extérieur, alors que les températures d'automne, à 2000m, étaient très basses! - baignoire agréable, mais sans bouchon, donc ne permettant pas de prendre des bains; dur quand il fait froid; - cuisine très peu variée, tant au petit déjeuner qu'au dîner ; pas de système buffet au petit déjeuner, et service un peu lent; difficile d'avoir une cuisine "occidentalisée" = pas trop de sel, poivre, pas de piment......; mais les ressources locales doivent elles mêmes être très limitées, donc c'est difficile.
